Not much.
First, the check-in. Only online with an agency.
I've never been so annoyed to check in before with so many requests from them. They also charge me 50 euros for the kids with no reasons and provide them camping beds so uncomfortable.
Good luck with this agency if you still want to choose this place, which I don't recommend.
Then, the apartment was stinky and could use some work, it's getting really old.
The beds are terrible, worst matelas ever.
Also, the patio could be a nice touch , it's infected with mosquitoes so we didn't use it.
The location is tricky, impossible with kids.

Big, confy apartament. Very clean, quiet, beutiful terrace
We travelled in october, and it was quite cold in the apartament because the heat wasn t working. They told us the heating was provided from the municipality and it was still hot outside and they didn t turn it on

Apartment is ok (and clean), but needs a glow up.
Very nice terrace with table, chairs and sofa, only sunny in the early morning though (at least in september), reason why the apartment is quite dark, also during the day.
The apartment is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. As a single female traveler I felt save in the apartment and neighbourhood.
The apartment is a bit further from the city center and on one of the many hills of Genoa, but there is a minibus that stops next to the apartment (last stop of bus nr 340), so that's super easy if you come by train with your luggage. But it does only drive a few times per hour and service ends at 8pm.
There are other bus stops in the neighbourhood, but you will always have to take some stairs to get there.
It is a bit of a walk to access the city center, but the short cut (stairs) through the back entrance makes it a bit more quick. It took me about 30min to get to the tourist information on Via Garibaldi (street with the Palazzi dei Rolli).
The double bed is ok, but you feel that the mattress is sagging.
Not a lot of practical information was provided by the agency (for example about public transport or about the use of the back door - I found out about it through the comments on booking website), but they did provide a list of do's and don'ts and possible fines. Didn't feel very welcoming.
You have to take out your own waste.
It's an old building, so you'll here the neighbours sometimes.

The apartment is very comfortable and big. It owns a big patio too, which is really nice. It has all, what you can need for a longer stay ( I stayed for 2 weeks) - fully furnished kitchen, washing machine. So just perfect. Silvia is a very charming and helpful person!
The place is located bit outside of the main attractions, but as soon as you figure out how public transportation works, it´s easy to get to.

Everything was perfect
