Location is convenient between the station and old town Inside apartment has been renovated so it looks quite new.

Advanced check in process requirements were too inconvenient by asking every single person in the group to provide email and phone and upload passports which are absolutely not necessary. I mean we can upload all passports and email addresses and phone numbers but only the group leader should be requested to VERIFY HIS/HER EMAIL AND PHONE. This should not be applied to all group members which includes children and old people, especially when their phones are not roaming so they can not verify. Very hot due to there’s only 1 mobile aircon unit in the living room but it wasn’t functioning properly due to the pipe was placed through the opening window without the shield so a significant amount of cool air was lost to outside. There are long hairs on bedsheets and floors, probably from the cleaning person. Shower cubicle is so small and poor draining but it was unblocked the next day. No toilet roll holder. The alley leading to the building is smelly and the staircase to the apartment is stiff and not clean.
