Exceptional

Facilities, amenities, clean environment, quiet place, good decoration. The apartment has good location in the historic city center. Elisa is really kind person. She showed us all places and beaches to visit and she marked on map all bus or trains to take to visit the places. She told us things about history aswell. And a plus: she sended by text a nice resume eith more places, links and number to help us to visit all city. She was amazing and we could visit most of the city just walking. Amazing stay in Genoa in a clean apartment thats in a perfect location

The property exceeded our expectations. It had all the amenities you need for your trip and the apartment was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was great and Elisa even kindly got us some Pistacchio Croissants we requested which was very kind of her. Check-in was very smooth by the host and we were given endless recommendations of places to visit and restaurants which made our stay in Genoa even better. I definitely would recommend this place and in future will come back as everything was perfect. The location of the property was very central and close to everything. Thanks Elisa for everything!

Exceptional

Apartment very well prepared for the stay of guests, all necessary things are available. The welcome by the hostess was a great plus, not only did she bring us delicacies from Genoa, but also gave a lot of tips for exploring the city and tasting regional cuisine. We used almost all the tips. Comfortable bed, shutters ensure privacy, distance from the main street gives pleasant silence after an intense day of sightseeing. Close to markets, main attractions. Elevators and funiculars in the area that take you to places with stunning views. The street where the apartment is located, a little dark but no frills. We highly recommend the apartment.

Ein guter Aufenthalt an einer sehr guten Lage.

Die Lage ist sehr gut im Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und hell. Die Instruktionen zum Finden der Schlüssel war gut. Da wir mehrere Steckdosen benötigten wurde uns sogar eine Steckliste mit Verlängerungskabel gebracht. Wir freuten uns über die unerwarteten Esswaren im Kühlschrank und in der Küche fürs Frühstück. Im Badezimmer gab es kleine Packungen fürs Duschen und Haarewaschen. Elisa war sehr hilfreich.

Das Unangenehmste war das kalte Badezimmer, da die Heizung nicht funktionierte und die Temperaturen sehr herbstlich kalt waren. Uns wurde gesagt jemand käme vorbei um die Heizung zu reparieren aber das geschah nicht. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war lose und schwierig zu gebrauchen aber er funktionierte und das Gleiche galt für die Toilettenpapierhalterung.

Un appartement très bien situé à 2 pas de Porto Antico à Gênes

Très proche de l'aquarium et de la vieille ville de Gênes. Très bon accueil de notre hote et beaucoup d'informations touristiques nous ont rendu le séjour très agréable. Le métro est à 100m.

Una breve visita a Genova nella quale ho lasciato un pezzetto di cuore

La proprietaria Elisa è stata di una disponibilità e gentilezza al di fuori di qualsiasi aspettativa e fuori dal comune, sempre contattabile per qualsiasi necessità. L'appartamento è carinissimo, in pieno centro storico e accanto al porto antico, in posizione strategica. Quando ritornerò a Genova ripasserò sicuramente da qui. Consigliatissimo.

Séjour à Gênes agréable mais sans eau chaude sous la douche, c'est dommage

Notre hôte nous a envoyé une vidéo très claire pour nous indiquer comment récupérer les clefs dans une boite à clés. L'appartement était très propre, il est spacieux, bien équipé, agréablement décoré et avec beaucoup de rangements. La situation du logement est telle que les points d'intérêt de la ville de Gênes sont facilement accessibles à pied via les ruelles piétonnes (voir cependant la remarque sur la localisation précise du logement).

Le GROS problème c'est que nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude ni dans la douche, ni dans le lavabo ni dans la cuisine (ou, tout au mieux, quelques gouttes). Les douches froides n'étaient pas très agréables (mais nous nous en sommes contentés, ne restant que deux nuits). Autre problème: la cafetière type "Nespresso" ne fonctionnait pas. Après que nous l'avons alertée de ces problèmes par WhatsApp, notre hôte a pris l'initiative de venir dans l'appartement en notre absence pour vérifier ces points et nous a assuré que tout était réglé. Mais nous n'avons pas vu de changement et toujours pas d'eau chaude ni de café Nespresso après sa venue. Autre déception: malgré la description du logement qui indique "centre historique", le logement est situé dans le quartier du "Prè" (zone portuaire très défavorisée et réputée à risque). Nous l'ignorions bien sûr et aurions plutôt choisi un logement vraiment dans le centre historique si nous l'avions su. Nous avons donc évité de sortir la nuit et de s'attarder dans le quartier en journée.

Chouette séjour !

Appartement sympa, fonctionnel et bien placé aux abords du port et des principales attractions.

2 points faibles : Comme signalé dans quelques avis, la pression d’eau chaude est quasi inexistante et rend la douche un peu laborieuse. La formule petit-déjeuner apportée en début de séjour était malheureusement bien insuffisante pour 3 personnes et pour une semaine.Heureusement, les commerces sont au pied de l’immeuble.

Tolle Unterkunft in einer beeindruckenden Stadt

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt. Es lagen mehrere Lebensmittel zum Frühstück im Appartment bereit. Sogar ein paar Pantoffeln gab es zur Begrüßung :-) Per WhatsApp bekamen wir nützliche und sehr passende Tipps und Links zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und mehr. Sie waren vielfältig und gleichzeitig nicht zu viel. Wenn wir während unseres Aufenthalts Fragen zur Unterkunft oder zu Genua hatten, haben wir von unserer Gastgeberin kurzfristig eine Antwort erhalten. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist vorbildlich.

Ottima scelta!

L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Elisa... super! Ci ha dato tante informazioni e consigli su cosa fare durante il soggiorno a Genova. Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato in pieno centro storico in uno stabile datato (come tutti in zona). Ci si muove meglio senza auto, è a 10 min dalla stazione Piazza Principe e vicino ad altri mezzi di trasporto. Ottimo livello di pulizia, c'era tutto quello che serve, lavastoviglie e lavatrice comprese, anche nel caso si voglia fare un po' di spesa per mangiare in casa.

La pressione dell'acqua nel bagno è un po' bassa.

Lipsa totala mic dejun. Niste biscuiți și o sticluță de 50 ml de lapte nu pot reprezenta mic dejun pentru 3 persoane 3 nopți. In alte locații în Italia am primit șuncă, cașcaval, fructe etc
