Très jolie appartement, récemment rénové, bien placé à proximité de port.

Our experience at this apartment in Genoa was truly outstanding. The property is ideally situated, within walking distance of the city center, the Aquarium, and the main train station. The building itself is elegant and full of character, while the apartment is tastefully furnished, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and style. The host was exceptionally courteous and attentive, providing us with helpful local recommendations, including a nearby restaurant that offered excellent cuisine and impeccable service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return or recommend this apartment to others seeking a refined and convenient accommodation in Genoa.

Aria condizionata poco efficace

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bedroom was pleasant. Location good for the old town.

The kitchen was just a shelf with a small sink, stove top and microwave behind a large cupboard door that got in the way for sitting at the table or moving past. Not practical at all for cooking so we didn’t. No dishwasher tablets, no coffee, insufficient toilet paper, no kitchen roll…usually all supplied in a rented holiday let! No instructions how to use any thing including the radiators which came on making the place too warm. We had to ask for the Wi-Fi code. We asked for an extra pillow which never arrived. Apartment is in a block just above a very busy road tunnel so constant noise, day and night of buses, motorcycles and cars. Roadworks outside which moved the bus stop just outside the main door so congestion there.
