It was very clean and we were impressed with the amount of towels we were given.

New locks on the doors would make entering easier.

Fantastic communication with the Host throughout. We arrived in Fiumicino at about 11am. The Host kindly said that she would take our lugguage upto the apartment, so we didn't have to carry it around with us - whike the apartment was being cleaned and got ready for us. The building itself is inside a gated access. The Host met us at the gate, took our luggage and explained which keys opened what and where we could get the keys from, when the apartment was ready for us. She also recommended places for us to go and advised us which way to walk. Tbe apartment itself is on the third (3rd) of four (4) floors and is accessible via a lift. Inside the apartment, it is decorated beautifully. Has the basic required supplies and is immaculately clean. There is also a balcony, which is accessed via patio doors in the living area and the bedroom. It is a one-bedroom apartment, with a double bed. It also has a double sofa-bed in the living area - with lots of cushions! Three of us stayed - each sleeping separately. One had the bed, one had the sofa-bed and I used the cushions and available blankets to sleep on the floor, at the foot of the sofa-bed. With it being so hot when we stayed, I was happy on the floor. The apartment has good air-conditioning. It kept the apartment at a comfortable temperature. When opening the oatio door to step out onto the balcony, the heat just hit me. I soon went back inside the apartment, to cool down! The Host also mentioned that she had a driver who could meet us wherever we happened to be, with our lugguage - pick us up and take us to the airport - for a small and reasonable fee. We gratefully accepted this service and an agreed time was arranged. Again, communication was fantastic. We sent a photo of where we were and received a photo of the driver and car, who was on his way to us. The driver was lovely, too. He asked us to check our lugguage before we got in the car.

Personally speaking, the airplanes that fly over the building of an evening / night were a little startling for me, at times. The building is close to the airport and is in the flight path. I couldn't figure out if the planes were coming into land or taking off, or both - but some flew so low and were so loud, that it had me hoping they weren't going to hit the building. It was only me this concerned though. The other two people that I was with slept soundly through it. Me? I'm sat out on the balcony, videoing it... and praying... 🤣😳

Very clear instructions, photos. The apartment is incredibly well located, next to incredible restaurants, well equipped, super clean...Absolutely loved it. Cristina was very helpful, offer airport transfer for a small fee.
