I've now stayed in both the bigger house and the smaller flat here, and can recommend both.
The location is great for the airport, especially since the price is so good - it's a few minutes' drive or bus ride.
The flat is cosy and convenient, with everything you need for a stopover. The bathroom is particularly nice.
There is a wonderful supermarket (Elite) a two-minute walk away. If you have some time and like cooking, I highly recommend choosing the bigger house, which has a kitchen (the small flat doesn't).
Cereal / soup bowls and some cutlery would have been really useful.
In the smaller flat only - the downside of the doors being so lightproof is that if the weather necessitates closing them, you're completely shut off from the outside world. Not that important if it's just a stopover though.

Easy to get to by city(cotral company) bus from fiumicino airport(1€ per person, every 30 min to 1 hour)and a small walk, near a big supermarket and in a green neighbourhood. It's a pretty big place on two floors with two bedrooms(i booked the apartment). Beds were comfortable.. Instructions were given clearly with a video. Breakfast was sweet packaged croissants and fresh milk , coffee pods and tea was provided with free water. Interaction with owner was nice and she seems very kind. We dined at la pecora nera resturant not far from there(10 min walk) ran by a local family. Tastes seem the ones of many years ago.i f you go there ask for spaghetti alla gricia

Relatively close to the airport. Less than 10 minute shuttle ride. The host generously scheduled the shuttle for us.
The unit was very hot. Bedrooms were hot. Air conditioner was insufficient to cool rooms. Unit appeared to be located in low income area; however, the unit was sufficiently secured with gates and locks. Shower was poorly designed. Need to add a shower curtain to extend the length of the tub so water doesn’t get on the floor. It was difficult showering.
