Great location, safe and secure.

Attentive staff, Gabriele was great. Well heated apartment. Safe, secure.

Kitchen utensils lacking, fry pan definitely needs an upgrade. Noisy upstairs neighbors sometimes at late night. Shower way too small.

A good place to stay. Very clean and spacious and close to great restaurants and the airport.

The location to get to the FCO airport was great. The host ordered the taxi for us and the driver was very considerate, on time, and the price was reasonable. The apartment is spacious and worked well for two of us. The host recommended an excellent local restaurant which we went to.

Some of the furnishings could have been a bit more comfortable, but we were there for only one night, so that did not present a real problem for us.

Apartment was clean, but not safe location.

The host was helpful when we arrived, spaces were clean.

Internet did not work in one of the apartments. Our rental van was broken into that night with items stolen. When I contacted the host - he was not very helpful or responsive. The police were very helpful.

The location and size of the apartment was excellent. Close to the airport with great selection of restaurants within easy walking distance. Car space was a plus

Appropriate stay due to flight in the morning

The communication with Gabriele was excellent. The code entry worked well, when we arrived. Since we had an early morning flight, we spend one night in this area. The apartment also scheduled a transfer for us (to the airport), which was on time early in the morning. We had everything that we needed. Retrospectively I’m not sure if I would book it again, since the shuttle service is 40 Euros per ride. (And even the white official taxis are listed with 35 Euros for this area). However, the beach is in walking distance over the nice little bridge near the apartment. And the pâtisserie [pastry shop] „Pasticceria Patrizia Fiumicino“ is right around the corner from the apartment - a great benefit to the location. We could also walk to the grocery store to buy a few things. So, we had everything we needed. The A/C in the apartment worked well, which was definitely needed in August. So, we had a good night sleep in the apartment.

Hosts rude, overall nice apartment, great location.

Great Location, a huge wrap-around balcony. Comfortable bed.

The water pressure in the shower is VERY poor. The dining chairs are uncomfortable. The duvet on the bed is for summer not winter. The hosts told me I asked too many questions and they were losing patience?! I mean who speaks to someone like that?! If you have not been to Fumiciono before it is not the easiest place to navigate from the airport, buses etc, and try and avoid taxis. Always order UBER.

Excellent location lots of restaurants around area walking distance and supermarket close by. Clean, lovely apartment with elevators to the first floor. Easy to find and get in.

A life saver near Fuimincino Airport (20 euro taxi ride)

This property is near a large supermarket (5 mins walk), plus some restaurants and near the river. It’s 15 mins to the other side and the harbour. The apartment is small but comfy. We were 1 adult, 3 children and it suited us with a large bed in the bedroom for 2 plus a double sofa bed in the front room (I’d say ok for 2 children or 1 adult). It has 2 small aircon units, one in the front room/kitchen and one on the bedroom. The apartment had a range of cooking utensils and crockery, though not a large amount. There was a dishwasher and (thankfully, because we’d been stranded by a cancelled BA flight and had no clean clothes) a washing machine. The owner/manager was highly communicative and responsive with excellent instructions on how to access the property. We felt very secure too. For its price, it was excellent

Great apartment in great location close to main airport in Rome. Close to the amazing seafood restaurants and main concourse along the river as it enters the sea. Host allowed us to check in early and access was seamless.

Good location, apartment and service

Gabriele was very supportive. Communication and directions were very clear. We reached at midnight, and he was still replying to my messages and ensured that we had reached the apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. The apartment is very close to FCO. Uber black costed around 19 euros to the airport.

Towels were small. Bigger towels will be useful. Shower area is little small, but manageable.

Its a beautiful luxury apartment close to airport and ocean good for a couple only.

We reached at 11 am before the check in time and the staff of the host were there to get out room ready. The host was kind and allowed us to drop off our bags and return in couple of hours while they get our room ready.

The second bedroom for our children was actually a living room where sofa was converted to a bed which almost blocked the entire room and hardly had any room to even pass our bags. So its an awesome apartment for a couple who only need one bedroom and only one bathroom.
