havaalanına yakın fakat gürültüsüz oluşu, nehir ve deniz kenarına yakın oluşu, restoranlar, karşıda bir süper market oluşu. odaların büyüklüğü güzeldi. fazla sayılabilecek sayıda mutfak eşyası havlu benzeri eşyalar vardı. girişteki ağaçlar ve altındaki masalar. ev sahibi çok destekçi. program yapmamıza yardımcı oldu.
bir dairenin arka odasında wifi kısmen kesiliyordu ve tekrar girmek gerekiyordu. banyo duş kabini girişi biraz dar.
