Clean and convenient
Hot. Air conditioning worked for central room but bedrooms were too hot. Could have used fans. Also, trash on the street and sidewalk was discouraging.

The place was clean, neat and was well appointed. There were fruit and snacks available (as complimentary ) The location is closer to nice resturants The owner communicated well. He even organized our air port drop off on the morning. The beds were comfortable The bathroom was decent. Access was OK
We had trouble getting here from the Roma termini. The apartment is located in level 1. You need to climb about 20 stairs - no lift. So if you have mobility issues or have heavy luggage it would be tricky. The apartment had a steam iron, it wasn't working properly. So we couldn't iron our clothes. The electric stove top either didn't work or the three of us couldn't get it to work. May be check again with the owner.

Muy limpio y moderno ! El anfitrión muy amable y atento. El lugar muy tranquilo; perfecto para descansar después de un día de caminata por Roma. A un paso del autobús que te lleva a Roma cuidad y al Vaticano !
La cocina tiene una placa a inducción; para mi gusto Faltaría tener un microondas para calentar más rápido la comida. De resto todo perfecto 👌

location was great, close to the airport and lots of lovely restaurants around. Easy parking good place to have the family rest ready for a long journey.
bathroom needs better ventilation, and a microwave would be super useful!! otherwise everything was good.
