Extremely well supplied house with everything you could need. Even many items for our breakfast. Pizza shop over the road is fantastic. Caught a bus from the airport for 1.5 Euro pp.

Great for a short stay, clean and comfortable.

We were left pastries bread and meat and cheese, which was perfectly adequate as we were leaving early for the airport. The property was extremely well equipped with everything you needed and the beds were very comfortable. Great pizza place literally around the corner, as we were tired and hungry it was handy for a quick supper.

Just personal preference but there are no windows in the living/kitchen area. There are windows in the bedrooms though, the property had beautiful doors.

Great 3 bed large apartment. Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to airport for late arrival into Rome.

Near to airport. Very clean and modern. Owners lovely and helpful and easy to deal with. They worked in cafe below and helped us with bus/train tickets to Rome. Breakfast supplies also at the cafe was very good.

Only one sofa. Not enough for more than two people staying.

Unfortunately Not Our Favorite Spot

- The location is in Fiumicino, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. It was fine for an overnight stay before getting to the airport. It was okay. The nearest grocery is about 12 minutes away (walking). Walked to a beach in about 20-25 min. Taxi is 30-35 euros to the airport. The host called for a transfer our second day, and that was only 30 euros. - It is spacious, so it would be good for a larger group. - We didn't have time to stop for breakfast, so can't speak to that. - Wifi was fine. We had to restart it at one point since it was not working, but that solved the problem. - AC was fine after about an hour or two. A few things helpful to know: - There is a nice panini maker in the kitchen - TV is not a smart TV, so no way to access Netflix, etc.

- Both bathroom stalls had black mold in them. The shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was covered with mold at the bottom. - Location feels odd. It's in a residential area, and even though it's close to the airport, it felt quite off the beaten path. Seems like tourists are not often in that neighborhood - Bedding was only okay. Just a thin blanket and sheets. - Front bedroom gets street noise, but there is a nice tree out the window. - Didn't feel like it was a good value for the price.

Nice place to stay close to the airport

This is a clean and comfortable place to stay if you want to be close to the Fiumicino airport while you are traveling. The apartment is tastefully decorated and is quite spacious even for a family of five people. The host was professional and communicated with me quite well from the start.

The premises is located on a busy street and you could hear traffic and people talking at late hours of the evening as if there was a bar or restaurant next door or close by. However, it was not that loud to disturb our sleep. Also we had a lot of luggage as a family of five and there was a long staircase (and no lift/elevator) to get to the second floor where the apartment is located. Finally, I realized that these type of B&B's are not that accommodating and thus a great value because we arrived from the airport late in the day (around 10 pm) and we had to be out by 10 am. We just needed a little more time to rest and get ready for our next flight the following day but check out was strictly at 10 am which really sucked for us. That's why I'm going to reconsider these types of stays in the future.

Pretty Good, comfortable and the air con was great

Very convienient for the airport, on arrival a text message explained where the keys were and how to access breakfast at the cafe 2 doors away. We had croissants and coffee, which we enjoyed. We required some information about our taxi pick up and we were sorted out in no time.

The only problem we had , there was no hot water, which we did not report. It was't any real trouble as we were only there for one night.

An overall great experience.

We stayed here for the final night of a two-week vacation. It was conveniently located near the Rome airport. Everything was so easy, which made us exceptionally early for our flight. The hosts were awesome and super responsive. Their kindness was highlighted as they helped us with the the return of a wheelchair we had rented for my husband. The accommodation was even more spacious than we anticipated.

Given it was one night there wasn't anything else we needed or would have wanted.

A perfect solution for those flying out early the next morning.

A spacious nicely fitted out apt with two K bedrooms, a single (we didn’t use) and two good bathrooms with stall showers. Enjoyed a typical Italian coffee and pastry at the cafe just a few steps away (included). Fun to watch the neighbours and local shops.

WiFi did not work at all on the night we were there.

Amazing hosts! Great apartment near the Rome Airport.

We needed a place that was close to the airport for a late train into Rome and then an early flight out the next morning. The hosts went out of their way to ensure that our stay was seemless. They even aranged transportation for our family at 4:00am the next morning to the airport. Communication was excellent with the host and they even provided some candy food for us. We didn't stay long in the apartment, but we had a wonderful experience.

Great option near the airport.

It was a very nice apartment very near the airport. There is a bus stop right at the property that goes to the airport in 10 mins for E1.30 each. (Check the schedule though, it only runs about every hour.) A light breakfast of a croissant and coffee was included at the cafe underneath the apartment. The hosts were very nice and helpful as well. The apartment was fully outfitted with a full kitchen, washing machine, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with showers. We couldn’t have been happier!
