La Dimora is perfectly located in the heart of Fiumicino. We were welcomed by two smiling, helpful hosts who immediately made us feel at home. The room was spacious and thoughtfully stocked with snacks, coffee, water, breakfast items, and fresh fruit.
Although the area was lively when we arrived on a sunny Sunday, the room itself was surprisingly quiet and very cozy—even being close to the airport. You can step right outside and be in the middle of everything Fiumicino has to offer. We especially enjoyed taking a stroll down the pier. A wonderful place to stay before or after a flight.

The appartment, old BUT beautifully preserved has all modern necessities. The town, while not a tourist attraction is charming with the fisherman's wharf and the restaurant row, where great food is prepared for locals, not for tourists. Christiana and Rafaelle, the hosts, were very helpful, responsive, attentive and welcoming - it was a pleasure to work with them. Finally, the proximity to Rome's FCO airport made it a breeze to get in and out, and Christiana even helped arrange transportation.
Not related to the apartment, I relaize now I should have stayed there longer - there is more to see in this place than I originally imagined
