It was super easy. I requested for their transfer/pick up service from Civitavecchia cruise terminal going to the apartment. No hassle, Raffaele was there right away waiting for us. When we arrived at the apartment, Cristiana was there waiting to welcome us, and Raffaele carried all our luggages. They brought us to their apartment and showed us everything. She even suggested good places to eat and even prepared a lot of food for breakfast. No one can beat that kind of services. Their place will be our favorite to stay in Rome from now on. Very close to restaurants, good pizza places and supermarket. Amazing couple, amazing apartment!!! Exceeded our expectations, highly recommended!!!

Highly recommend this place to all travellers.

Our host was super helpful, from her organising our collection/transport from the port and then to the airport the following day. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. Supermarket around the corner if you are looking at catering for yourself, walked there in 2 minutes. Lovely restaurants available in very short walking distance, found location quiet and restful.

We could not find any fault with this stay. There was everything we needed for our comfort and convenience. Kitchen facilities great, location great, and super friendly host and her guy who transported us around.

Lovely apartment and hosts!

Apartment was very clean, well equipped and beds were very comfortable: generous, firm mattress. Washer AND dryer in unit if needed! Facing river where there is a promenade to the sea, tons of restaurants, and a grocery store just behind. We wish we had more time here but we're just on a quick stop before a flight out. The hosts were lovely and readily available with any questions and for arranging transfers two and from the airport. Highly recommend! Note: floor 3 no elevator. Fine for us but FYI.

The place is very clean and comfortable, in a great location, a beautiful promenade and a variety of excellent restaurants. The hosts are very kind and helpful, they did everything to make our time enjoyable. Christiana also took care of our pick-up from and to the airport. We couldn't have asked for better accommodation.

Delightful area near the airport

The hosts were exceptional, sorting out transport from the airport,providing suggestions for dining out and allowing a late checkout. The unit is well setup and tastefully decorated. There are lots of restaurants in the vicinity and a lovely walk along the waterfront. Breakfast was good. I highly recommend a stay here.

A gem

Cristiana and Raffaele were amazing and so patient and helpful with my family. We had several luggage and they were so kind and gracious to take them upstairs while we go for lunch. I can't wait to go back and stay longer. They are beautiful and amazing people!! The apartment was so clean and smelled amazing. She offered plenty of snacks, coffee, and items to cook meals. Even though we didn't get a chance to use all the amenities, it was a pleasure having them just in case.

This apartment is perfect. It is in a great location with restaurants at your doorstep and public transport accessible. It was super clean with a lovely breakfast left for us. Cristiana and Raffaele cannot do enough for you, that are perfect hosts. I had a tricky request that Cristiana spent a lot of time and went out of her way to help me with. I cannot recommend this accomodation more, just book it!

The location was great for an overnight/transit stay. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. This apartment was spotless & so impressed with the amenities .

We arrived after dark and wasn’t aware of the lighting location leading up to the apartment. A few flights of stairs in the dark can be tricky. Also the tourist fee had increased which had taken us by surprise, we had booked through bookings.com which indicated a fee of 2 Euro per person per night - it had increased to 5 Euro per night per person.

everything! the apartment is stunning and very comfortable, cristiana is sooo nice! she helped us carry the suitcases upstairs. the beds were comfortable, the shower was great and so was the kitchen. she really thought of every little thing. there is a supermarket nearby and many restaurants downstairs from the apartment. we loved it.

Great Place....

This is a prefect location if your flight is early the next morning, very easy to get to and from airport. The room is clean, comfortable, there are alot of choices of food to pick from. The best is there are breakfast items to enjoy in the am before you leave. Christina and her team will take you to the airport and "lug" the luggage up and down the three flights of stairs. A big plus is there a washer/dryer you can use which was very helpful. Great experience!!!

Everything. We stayed for one and it was truly a great experience. The apartment was super clean, tidy, and well-decorated with great attention to details, which made us feel very comfortable. It also had a good range of amenities. Location near airport with many restaurants and large grocery store steps away. Breakfast made up of packaged items and fresh milk, fruit, and yogurt along with coffee machine and coffee provided. Hostess very friendly and helpful on arrival.

Excellent Place and Hospitality to stay near airport

We love staying in Cristiana n Raffaele apartment, very spacious room, neat n clean with lovely Italian style, bathroom is very clean n also has washing machine. Cristiana n Raffaele are a very friendly and helpful host. They gave us list of good resto (some are Michellin star) coffee place n gelateria arround the neighborhood which are very close by, in walking distance n have many choices of good food. The surroundings are calm and safe with a supermarket, church and pharmacy nearby. We can reach the apt by bus from the airport, 15mins away. They also offer a ride to the airport with a reasonable price. Totally recommended!

The apartment is great, spacious, and well located, I confess I regretted staying one night. The host was very kind and left us a lot of complimentary things for our breakfast, very delicious. It is located right at the canal, lots and lots of restaurants to choose. At night it was very calm and quiet. I strongly recommend! They also offer transfer to the airport and help with your heavy luggage, very very kind.

Great location on the most romantic street with lots of fish restaurants, stylish apartment with everything you need, A/C is not blowing on the bed 🫶, which was very comfortable and pillows too. Silence - no noise from planes ✈️. Tasty breakfast. Cristiana is very nice and friendly host. Loved the place!
