Clean, updated, perfect. Tutto Bene! Cristiana even stocked the frig and cupboards with cold water, milk, juice, and baked goods. Everything was perfect. Rafaele took us to airport and even offered to drive me back to apartment when I thought I left something behind. Everyone was so nice and the apartment was perfect (and perfectly located near many restaurants and grocery)

Very clean and excellent location near dining, cafes, and the beach.

This is a lovely and nicely renovated apartment in a 200 year old in the action part of Fuimicino. It is very charming and well appointed. Cristiana, the host, is super helpful and eager to help. She booked an amazing restaurant for me (Fottis) and had a breakfast that is tailored to my taste. Raffael, the driver that works with Cristiana, was friendly and punctual. It was so nice to have someone, that you knew, to drive you and help you navigate the town throughout your stay at reasonable rates. I would love to stay there again and I will!

Because the building is 200 years old and listed, there is no elevator by regulation. But the 3 flights of stairs did not bother me!

Firstly Christiana went to so much trouble to help me when I got the booking wrong, I caused her more work and she did it all without any complaint. She and Rafael were very kind and helpful 👏🥰

Being jet lagged Australians, we were hoping for a bigger balcony with comfy chairs. However, everything else was so great…it wasn’t a problem 😃
