This vacation spot was perfect for us. It sits just across from the beach, with a beach access point in front of the building. Literally a three minute walk to an incredible beach. The home was spotless and had all the amenities you could ask for. The owner provided us with ample storage space. It was a ten minute walk to the mall and indoor pool. Coffee shops and small convenience stores were also just a five minute walk. It is located a 6.5 km walk along the beach boardwalk to the downtown area. Would definitely rebook!

This place is very clean and close to thr beach. Be aware though that as it is an apartment complex, the garage doesn't fit normal cars and even a small car in there would mean it would be hard to get to the third bedroom off the garage and second bathroom. Other residents are aware that it is listed as a short term rental and make sure that you know they're there keeping an eye on the parking situation. We were approached three times. For us, we weren't there a lot so the amount of stairs and smaller spaces didn't bother us, and as there were only two of us, the lack of hot water in the lower in bottom bathroom didn't matter.
