About this house rental
Absolute Beachfront Typical Kiwi Bach - Panoramic views of Motiti and Mayor Islands and Town Point (Maketu).Right at the far end of Papamoa Beach.
Sit on the deck and watch everything happening on the beach.Walk out the gate straight onto the beach - You can walk along the beach to the Mount or the Kaituna Cut. Big fully fenced front section with lots of space for parking out back. Fridge/Freezer. BBQ, Kayaks, Board games available
You can swim,fish and kayak at your beach. Only 1.3 kms to the 4 Square, 2.5kms to the local shops, bar and restaurant, a 10 minute drive to Fashion Island with shops, supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants or 20 minutes to Mount Maunganui or Te Puke.
A great place for a relaxing holiday with very little housework. New kitchen to enjoy
Special conditions:
Prices are for 4 Adults. . Dependent children with adults are free (Up to a maximum of 3). Extra people $20 each per night
Duvets blankets and pillows provided. Linen and towels available if required at $10 per person per stay.
Kayaks and life jackets available.
Shorter stays may be available during Xmas period - preference given to 7 day minimum.
Pets are welcome - we have had some trouble lately with dogs digging. If your dog digs PLEASE be sure to replace the dirt/sand.
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

Lovely homely batch on the beach. We stayed here only 2 night(this time). But couldn't have asked for a nicer place. It has the feel of a kiwi bach crossed with multi million dollar views and a calmness that is unparalleled. We woke up to catch the sunrise both mornings and it was well worth it. The morning coffee down on the beach only a 2minute stroll from the deck was amazing. It is also dog friendly so the furry member of the family is welcome.

We pulled up to the property and entered the back door into a closed hallway, opened the hallway door and wow! the view takes your breath away, stunning view of the sea, sand and phoutakawa tree on the property. A well laid out and thoughtfully furnished living.dining room and kitchen to capture the views..This was a beautiful surprise everything you could possibly need in a batch for a very comfortable stay.

Absolute gem of a location and comfortable and well equipped accommodation, we enjoyed a lovely four night stay with our adult children and dogs. To be able to take the dogs was wonderful and very appreciated. The bach had everything we needed and we plan to return in the not too distant future. Fish were caught from the shore which was a bonus. Our host was great to deal with and access instructions were clear. Shops, cafes etc are a short drive or a walk but once at the bach we did not feel the need to leave. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise.
