Great location, just behind the Strand and shops/restaurants. Traffic also much quieter down that end of town.

Unfortunately, construction on building next door was disruptive. And view is now non existent on the Strand facing side on the lower floors. Also, basement carparking is tight going up and down the ramps.

We had a mixed stay at Lattoral Living, highlighted by standout customer service but let down by several in-room maintenance and cleanliness issues. The Highlights * Exceptional Staff: Both check-in and check-out were seamless. The team member who welcomed us upon arrival was fantastic, and the staff member handling our departure the next morning was just as lovely, warm, and attentive. * Layout & Light: The apartment itself was impressively spacious and flooded with great natural light, creating a bright and open atmosphere. Areas for Improvement * Cleanliness & Linens: The housekeeping standards need serious attention. The white duvet cover had multiple visible stains of unknown origin, and both the carpets and lounge suite were noticeably stained. * Comfort & Essentials: The bed setup was minimal, with only two average pillows provided, and the bathroom was stocked with just a single roll of toilet paper for the stay. * Plumbing: The shower was frustrating and borderline hazardous—it ran scalding hot and proved nearly impossible to regulate or maintain at a safe, comfortable temperature. The front-of-house team and the overall footprint of the apartment are great assets, but the property needs thorough deep cleaning, fresh linens, and plumbing repairs to match the quality of its hospitality.
