Not too far from Tauranga hospital and also fabulous Chinese restaurant.

The house was exactly as described. Clean, comfy beds, warm and lovely view from the balcony. The Host was very responsive to messages. We only stayed for one night, but I will definitely book again.

Location was great, easy access. Comfy beds.
The house was extremely hot with no heat pump or air conditioning. Missing skirting boards in the living room. A hole in the wall for TV cables to go through. No coffee or milk. House was a bit smelly.
