The hot pools were definitely the highlight of our stay. They were relaxing and enjoyable, especially in the cold weather
I was disappointed that linen wasn’t provided, although I understand this was mentioned in the booking information. I brought my own, but unfortunately the heater wasn’t effective enough at night and I found the room quite cold, which made it difficult to sleep. I was also surprised that hot water required an additional payment for the showers, which I feel should be included in the room rate.
