About this house rental
Tastefully renovated house with lounge and dining bi-fold doors opening onto a split level deck with a sunny north facing aspect and attractive views of the local golf course, Mount Maunganui and through the harbour entrance.
Great place to relax and have a nice meal under the shade of the roof or kick back on the sun loungers with a refreshing drink.
Good size private yard with parking tucked down shared driveway.
Plenty of mod cons like Freeview and DVD player including a movie library, Fibre internet, Ceiling fans, Heat-pumps and Air-conditioning, HRV system which will all help you keep comfortable.
Turn the "in deck floor lights" on and enjoy a BBQ evening on the deck or snuggle up on the sofas and relax reading the paper and watching some movies.
Take a stroll to the harbour beach and kids play area or just down the street to the local shops for some fish and chips and an ice cream, beauty treatment, groceries, one of the great local cafe’s and restaurants for a drink and meal.
Extensive local harbour boardwalks are handy for that morning stroll and even the bus stop is just across the road.
Play a round of golf at the 9 hole golf club which is a stone’s throw away.
A great place to relax and enjoy the picture perfect view of the Mount.

This property was ideal for our family holiday. A well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful outlook from the large deck area and lovely neighbours too! Only a two minute walk to the large supermarket and a few minutes in another direction to a child-friendly park...and a short drive to the Mount.Marcus was a very responsive host.

Location is close to supermarket, coffee shop, and pub. The accommodation is spacious with 3 bedrooms (queen beds in 2, and double bunk in the 3rd). 2 living areas or an extra bedroom (sofa bed). Dining area had good sized table with 6 chairs. Kitchen had all necessary equipment, pots and pans, crockery and glasses, including various wine glasses. Overall the property was very comfortable, clean and cosy for our stay. Tauranga itself, not a lot to see, as there seemed to be a lot of renovations and roadworks. As a tourist we found it disappointing that I-site information offices were not open on a Sunday.
