This property is available for medium to long term rate from May to the end of August. Please enquire for a tailor-made weekly/monthly rate for this.
This beautiful, architecturally designed Bach leaves no stone unturned. Situated in a safe cul-de-sac on Waitui reserve. With views to the iconic Mount and just a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous Omanu beach (patrolled in summer), and cafe. Indoor outdoor flow that opens up onto a huge sports field (college), and access to college tennis courts, you are spoilt for choice for outside entertainment.
3 bedrooms including a king with ensuite, a queen and a custom built bunk room with 4 long single bunks. (2 extra futons)
Television in bunk room also, so pop a movie on for the kids while you carry on in the main living.
Wrap around decks, a 6 seater hot tub, BBQ, outdoor games and ocean sports at your finger tips, what more could you want? or just close it all off for your private haven!
The abundance of boutique shopping, restaurants and bars of Mount Maunganui is just a 5 minute drive away, but if you want to stay in and enjoy this fabulous house, then takeaways, bottle store and dairy are all within a 5 minute walk.
You have hot pools, Bay Wave leisure centre, 2 golf courses all within 5 minutes, a movie theatre, shopping mall and much much more.

There is an additional linen charge of $20 per person per stay. Cleaning fee applies per stay and varies depending on group size. Per night prices vary depending on dates and number of guests. The nightly rates are based on 2 people sharing and guests over and above this will be charged at $50 per night. Dear Erica and Clayton,Thank you for hosting us during our stay. We enjoyed our time in the area and appreciated the opportunity to stay at your property. I wanted to share some constructive feedback, as there were several issues that should be addressed to bring the home more in line with the standard presented in the listing.The primary concern was the overall cleanliness and maintenance in certain areas of the property. The kitchen cupboards and drawers require a proper deep cleaning. The dryer lint trap and surrounding area were extremely full; my friend Christine spent considerable time clearing it so the dryer could function properly. In order to do that, she first had to clean the vacuum before it could be used, and unfortunately the small portable vacuum provided was not functioning.The bedding quality also felt below the standard suggested in the listing and would benefit from being refreshed or upgraded.We also experienced problems with the television. We mentioned this during our stay, but it was never resolved and only worked intermittently.Another concern relates to the jacuzzi advertised in the listing. The jets were not functioning, which means it operates as warm water rather than a true jacuzzi. This may be something that should either be repaired or clarified in the listing description.There are also a few maintenance items that should be addressed, including the bathroom skylight which appears to be heavily covered with moss and mold, and the he

Bedroom only has a fan, still a little hot if not open the door. But if open the door, feel not privacy.
