Loved the friendly staff and so many different activities that the kids could enjoy. Apartment was well equipped - clean and tidy.
The friendly kitty Kat was a great!

There is no advance notice that the motel is alcohol-free, which may be a consideration for some travellers. The listing states that rooms are serviced daily; however, in practice only towels are replaced, and the number provided decreases over the stay. Beds are not made, rubbish is not removed, and no general cleaning is done, so this does not align with expectations of a serviced room or apartment.
The pool is only available for limited hours each day, and visitors are not permitted on the property. Overall, the environment felt very tightly controlled and not particularly conducive to a relaxed holiday experience.
Given the cost, the amenities and level of service felt limited, with many extras incurring additional charges.
