Love the lay out, clean and tidy, easily accommodated the 4 of us.

The place was quiet, clean, and very welcoming. We arrived late for check-in and everything was smooth and well arranged. The apartment has a beautiful garden and a balcony with a nice ocean view, which was a great bonus. Enjoying a chat or morning coffee there was absolutely amazing. There’s also a small walkway next to the property, and the beach is just across the road. The sunrise at Papamoa was stunning. In addition, it’s only a few minutes’ drive to a supermarket, making it very convenient.
Honestly, there’s not much to complain about. If anything could be improved, the tree on the right-hand side of the balcony could be trimmed slightly to allow a clearer view of the sunrise. The shower door seal could also be adjusted, as some water tends to leak out when the shower head is facing the door. In addition, there is a small mat on the kitchen tiles that can be quite slippery, so it’s something to be mindful of.
