Keldas

Excellent location in the town centre

Getting the keys was maybe too easy 😅 they didn’t ask our name, booking information or for any idea. We literally just told them we were collecting keys for Keldas. The location was outstanding. There isn’t any parking at the cottage but you have a pass for the car park which is literally 5 minutes away. We didn’t move the car in 5days so was perfect. The cottage is modern and clean.

The master bedroom bed is a double but not the biggest and although relatively comfortable the spring mattress has a slope and can make you feel like you’re rolling out during the night. More information/ instruction from the hosts would have been nice. There’s a dated folder which isn’t much use to be honest. There’s a fireplace but no instruction of how to use it which was slightly disappointing.

only negative is no parking at the property. misleading in your description and customer service is an absolute joke. so will do everything possible to avoid ever using booking. com again

Great location & lovely & clean

With the downstairs being open plan noise did carry to the bedrooms if people were still up chatting but wasn't a big problem. Would have been nice for some tea, coffee & sugar to have been provided
