A perfect cosy modern bolthole which we can’t wait to book again .Ideal location with parking .

Only a slight moan.I think a brighter lounge lightbulb would be helpful,as well as a lovely lamp being helpful.im now an oap so need a light to read .Otherwise 10/10 thanks 🤩

I wouldn’t book again

The Location was excellent and a bonus parking spot.

The bed was very small and the mattress extremely soft and uncomfortable. The cleaning standard was pretty poor with rubbish under the couch, fingerprints all over the kitchen cupboards (not wiped clean), and hair on the bathroom floor.

We liked the property and the central location. We had a lovely visit.

The property was clean and well appointed. The parking at the front of the property was very useful as the parking in the car parks was expensive. The property is right in the centre of the town and there are lots of restaurants and pubs.

A lovely 3 night Break !

The apartment was central , had everything we needed for a short stay .

I think the property could do with a new bed / mattress and pillows . Its very soft . Apart from that the apartment was lovely and cosy .

Nice flat but some issues need tweaking.

The location was excellent. The TV choices very good and wi-fi worked well. On the whole the flat was very comfortable.

Firstly and foremost the description of the bed was inaccurate. It is NOT a large double bed, merely a standard 4 foot 6 inch bed. We would not have booked this property had this been correct. Whilst having a walk-in shower is a bonus the lack of an anti-slip rubber mat was worrying and somewhat dangerous.. In addition a decent wet room floor squeegee would have been more than useful to get the wet room/toilet area remotely dry after use. The mop provided was well past it's sell buy date! One of the bedside lamps was missing a bulb, which it having been left plugged in could have been considered life threatening. A bit of checking from the cleaners would not come amiss.

Perfect location , convenient for everything in ambleside Parking space outside is very valuable in ambleside The property was very central but at the same time it was in a very quiet spot There are many walks in the area from the doorstep

Really enjoyed our stay.

The location of the property and being able to park was really excellent. When we contacted the owner about a couple of issues he came round inside a couple hour’s to sort them out.

Not being able to access the property on arrival until 4pm seemed ridiculous when we had to check out at 10am. We have rented numerous properties and never had to wait until 4 o’clock to access them.A 6 hour turnaround to clean the property is unbelievable.

what an absolute Gem of a find.Lovely decor,very tastefully decor comfy bed,loved the extras,sky,flasks,torches,Alexa ,games,books ,parking,ideal location .Dog friendly too .Will highly recommend .V helpful hosts too 10/10

Comfortable and relaxing

Location in the middle of Ambleside is convenient for shops, restaurants and public transport. Flat is well equipped and cosy. The kitchen enabled easy cooking of full meals and a washing machine.

Cupboard in the bedroom was difficult to access as part of the shelving was hidden in the alcove. The cupboard could be moved to allow access to the shelves and move the full length mirror to the wall opposite.

Nice place, but late check in.

Great location in the middle of town, free parking outside the house. Lovely and clean Free tea and coffee and oat milk. Good selection of games and books.

Late check in time at 16:00 when booking.com has a drop down to let you select a check in time. Whybhave that if its not possible to choose? Half of the day is gone already by the time we were allowed in and you don't find this out till you've booked and paid! This is an all to common trait that is creeping in to holiday let business. Early check out at 10am and we were even asked via text if we wouldn't mind striping the beds in the morning. Come on you're a holiday let, we shouldn't have to lift a finger when we're paying to stay there. Double bed and pillows are uncomfortable, if you're over 6ft and a big man it's just no good.

Brilliant place to stay and explore the surroundings

Great location in the centre of Ambleside. It was spotlessly clean with a comfy bed, decent towels and everything I needed. The property is in excellent condition with quality appliances and kitchenware. I loved staying here. I had to phone the hosts a couple of times because I was an idiot who forgot how to use the door, but they were very patient and helpful!

Perfect accommodation for a couple right in the heart of Ambleside.

Easy Reach lives up to its name being right in the heart of Ambleside which is great for getting to the shops, pubs and local restaurants. The decor is charming and thoughtfully laid out; perfect for a couple. There were some lovely touches, such as tea, coffee & coffee machine and milk provided. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. We were able to self cater as well as eat out, as all the appropriate cooking utensils were available. Parking for a small car was also a bonus.
