Location cannot be faulted

The cost relevant to the place itself wasnt worth it. We found lots of dirty items including poo on toilet seat. Photos were taken. A cheap electric fire in front room that wasnt fit for purpose. Gaps around adjoining front door...mid winter...room was freezing. £250 per night...never again

Beautiful property! So many lovely touches from the hosts. Convenient location and plenty of space. The parking permits were really appreciated too.

Relaxing break, location was exceptional and Hazeldene made for a lovely stay.

Beautiful traditional stone cottage, inside everything has been thought of, even down to a parking permit available to place on your car while you stay. Very clean and comfortable.

No complaints! The location is excellent, walking distance to the centre.

Bon emplacement un

C'est un cottage très agréable situé au calme au coeur de Ambleside. C'est tout en étage. L'entrée du cottage est à l'ouest, cela lui donne un petit emplacement pour profiter du soleil de l'après midi. C'est bien lumineux à part le coin repas. La literie est bonne dans des chambres correctes . Le plus dans cette location c'est les permis de stationnement dans la rue ou dans les parkings, dans les environs qui sont proposés, cela enlève une problématique de taille de la région.

Le plus grand problème c'est la propreté : le ménage était très succinct quand on est arrivé. Après le logement ne laisse pas de produits de ménage, alors qu'il y avait des pastilles pour le lave vaisselle. L'aspirateur est prêt à rendre l'âme : il est plein et sent mauvais à l'utilisation. Le cottage ne sent pas le propre! Pour les allergiques, c'est une adresse à éviter. Après le problème de la location vient sûrement de l'agence qui gère les cottages en location "Sykes Holidays Cottage". Ils envoient en quantité incroyable des mails mais jamais ils ne répondent. Je pense même qu'ils ne les lisent pas ! Nous n'avons pas essayé de les appeler car ils préviennent que leurs lignes sont plutôt occupées ! Je suis sûre que les équipes entre 2 location ne s'occupent pas de vérifier le ménage ! Cela doit être un préjudice pour le propriétaire à un moment dans la durée.
