The property was an attractive property excellently located in the middle of Ambleside very close to the shops .

The property was in need of an upgrade. The tumble dry wasn’t working efficiently there were no instruction manuals to show how white goods worked and the sink didn’t drain away. I also don’t expect to have to strip beds on a serviced facility

The parking space was too small for our vehicle, had to pay to park it elsewhere

Perfect apartment to stay close to Hyde Park with the family! Amazing hospitality and support. Perfect Wifi and fully equipped kitchen. All furnitures are very high quality premium products. Thanks a lot for having us!! :)

The location is first-rate. The lounge has a wonderful, traditional feel. Perfect parking immediately outside the front door. The central heating and hot water were instantly available.

On arrival, the second bedroom was freezing cold as the radiator wasn't working. The outside temperature was 4/5C during the day, dropping to zero at night so we found the cottage cold, other than in the lounge. We arrived on Thursday and the radiator was mended on Saturday morning prior to our leaving on Sunday morning. In the meantime, we had spent £19 on a portable heater. The details on Booking.com stated there was underfloor heating in the kitchen. There was no heating at all in the kitchen. The WiFi never worked during our stay causing a drain on our phone data. Netflix was advertised but this never worked either.
