Excellent newly designed home in the centre in Ambleside. Excellent location. Kept is warm and cozy in the winter nights. Loved having telly in the living room and the bed room. It was perfect.

Our couple small points. 1. is the front door needs an extra pull to close shut. I guess it is the time of the year when the wood swells up. But my be a handle just above the auto lock would have made things easier.2. It was not easy to find a grass patch to relieve the dog Having said that, we will still happily come back here again. Everything was perfect.

Such a great location to explore the Lakes. Very comfortable space and had everything we needed during our stay.

Nothing to dislike :) other than more coffee pods provided but that’s just a personal preference.

Very beautiful inside. Everything is catered for in the kitchen. Sky tv was a bonus. Bathroom amazing. Great location and parking in front of the house.

Clean and comfortable, convenient location for all Ambleside has to offer. . Excellent TV package. Everything we needed for our stay. Excellent car parking. Great for a couple. Would recommend to a friend.

Outside space and porch needed a little bit of attention, weeds, cobwebs just needed a bit of care for first impression.

Open plan, design, well equipped, Christmas decorations & tree, welcome notice board, lovely additional touches. Excellent location for town centre, restaurants etc Well equipped kitchen all mod cons, enjoyed the nespesso coffee machine.

Not to keen on bathroom having no door ,perhaps a sliding door might be a future option? Also found the bed to be quite hard.

A tastefully decorated and well-maintained property with everything carefully considered for a memorable holiday. The property is well positioned in the centre of the town close to all amenities.

It all went very smoothly and we had a very comfortable week.

Very central location, yet extremely quiet. Walks from the door. There was a huge choice of places to eat and drink within 5 minutes walk.

Slightly awkward hanging space for clothes in the bedroom. I did not have internet access during the stay, so did not receive a couple of emails from the management. Otherwise no complaints.

We had a great stay central location and spotless and comfortable.

The Location was excellent. Everything was spotless and great to be able to park the car infront of the property. The kitchen was well equipped and well laid out. A very comfortable place to stay Thank you.

The only thing I would say was that we thought a door from the bathroom into the bedroom would have been helpful.

Great modern property with all you need in great location

Lovely well appointed modern property in the heart of Ambleside - highly recommend for a comfortable and easy stay. Points of note - warm, nice decoration, off street parking, keyless entry, two TVs, comfy bed, comfy sofa and lots of kitchen utensils.

Nothing of note - the toilet/ bathroom didn’t have a door but you can work around that!

Compact accommodation for 2 people in centre of Ambleside.

The location, secure keyless entry as well as parking facility were excellent. The property was clean with excellent self-catering facilities.

The cost of the accommodation was overpriced. Some added luxuries such as bathrobes, slippers and complimentary sweet treats could have been included in the cost of circa £300/night. Having stayed in many different holiday type properties recently we were surprised at having to remove and bag bed clothes and towels upon departure when a cleaning cost of £25 had been charged.
