Super emplacement pour l’événement sportif d’équitation. Quartier calme et à proximité de restaurant ou autres activités. Maison spacieuse avec un très beau jardin.

Chalet individual.A 4 Km.del centro. Urbanización muy tranquila.Relación precio calidad más que notable, para grupo . Espacioso.
Baños y sobretodo cocina, obsoletos.Sin calefacción a la hora de acostarse.Solo una manta extra.Iluminación pobre y de alto consumo ( halógenos en salón).Ni una lámpara Led..Sin cubos reciclaje.Pero por la capacidad de alojamiento y su precio, está más que bien.

Leuke, zeer ruime tuin, volledig omheind, hondvriendelijk, alles gelijkvloers. Ruime woonruimte, goede wifi, streaming box. Ruime keuken. Grote tuintafel, mogelijkheid tot BBQ maar weinig uitrusting. Nabijheid bos. 6-tal km van Rouen-centrum. 3 kamers met 2 badkamers. Vaatwasmachine, wasmachine. Diverse grootwarenhuizen in de nabijheid. Goede prijs-kwaliteit. Rustige omgeving, residentiële wijk. Veel licht binnen.
Beperkte keukenuitrusting (bvb geen grijptang voor bbq) Bestek, borden, glazen beperkt tot uiterste minimum. Een goede BBQ zou grote meerwaarde zijn. Verdeelstekkers t.h.v. Nachtkastjes zou beter zijn.
