L’hygiène , malgré ce bas prix l’hygiène n’est pas à négliger, et concernant la lumière de la pièce de vie ça aurait était mieux de savoir que c’était la lampe au pied du lit , non pas que la luminosité était déplaisante, c’est surtout le temps que nous avons mit à trouver

L'emplacement du logement, fenetre, lit confortable et toutes les commodités, propre et très bon contact avec le propriétaire très arrangeant.

Appartement propre, lit correct.

Voisinage bruyant le soir (appartement mal insonorisé), proche ascenseur qui pareil est bruyant. Le rideau permettant d'occulter la lumière n'est pas assez grand.

Appartement calme, prix attractif et les espaces communs propres

- Appartement mal équipé : 1 fourchette et très peu de vaisselle (pas de décapsuleur, de ciseaux…) - Sol avec des trous - Pas de volets aux fenêtres - Lit très peu confortable, on sent les lattes - Pas de sacs poubelles - Plaque électrique qui chauffe très lentement - Pas de plafonnier central, éclairage très limité (y compris dans la salle de bain) - Nécessité de laver la machine à laver avant de la faire tourner (mousse marron au premier lavage)

Il était propre et l’emplacement

Les équipements en mauvais état. Zéro service, pas de savon pour se laver les mains. Pas de sopalin Une cafetière sans accessoire ( café et filtre) donc obligé d’aller en acheter ( très bas de gamme) 1 serviette de toilette, 1 rouleau de PQ, 1 oreiller dans le lit.

Deux grosses nuits paisibles loin des tumultes du centre ville. Je recommande.

Belle vue sur le nord de la ville et le quartier à cet endroit de la rue est plutôt calme. L'immeuble est à la bonne taille. La cage d'escalier est radieuse ! Un appartement très calme et reposant.

Un peu loin quand on est à pied. Si vous êtes véhiculé c'est l'endroit idéal. Une prise murale à réparer ! Un éclairage central ne serait pas de refus.
