Lovely apartment in great location

Nicolas was a great host, friendly and welcoming and spent a lot of time informing us about places to visit and eat, which was great. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Relaxing, fun space. Good location and supermarket just around the corner.

As previous guests have pointed out, there are a lot of stairs, which are no problem if you’re reasonably fit and healthy. Okay, shower was small, but again, no problem for us.

Quirky, comfortable, well equipped little apartment in a great location. Decor gave it lots of character. Bathroom is very small but functional. Easy to drop off luggage and paid parking is an easy walk away but a bit pricy.

Stairs are a challenge with luggage, we are travelling for 2 months so have a couple of reasonable suitcases. But nothing that we haven't encountered many times before in Europe.

We love our stay! Everything is perfect, it is very clean, homey and thoughtful. The decorations are nice and interesting too. I especially like the little kitchen, they have everything you need - pots, fridge, microwave, and a coffee machine. It's located in a pretty safe area, and was very quiet at night. Definitely will stay here again :) Nicolas is a very nice host too. The insider introduction of Rouen was very helpful and the recommended restaurant was so delicious!

The location was central to all of the sites in the city. The apartment has all of the amenities listed and was comfortable.

We had arranged a time to meet the owner and pick up the keys, but he kept us waiting for 30 minutes on the street. The shower is TINY and the apartment is up 60 steps on the 4th floor of the building. Carrying a suitcase up and down the stairs was challenging.

The appartement is very well located, a five minutes walk from museums and a fifteen minutes walk from the impressive Cathedral. There are a number of shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafés in the vicinity of the apartment.

really convenient place, centrally located and well worth the price

The location was perfect and everything was in walking distance for us. The gentleman who owns the place was very helpful and hospitable. The sights were beautiful and the light and sound show on the facade of the cathedral was absolutely incredible.

one minor objection which was probably my fault in not noticing beforehand was that the apartment was a fourth story walk-up. Not a big deal.

Vintage-Möbel - das sieht gut aus, die Stühle und Sessel sind aber nicht sehr bequem. Das Bett war sehr gut. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
