Great location in old building in ancient Rouen. Views across rooftop to cathedral. Comfy bed. Good wifi.
Top floor up lots of stairs. Attic roof means sofa has little headroom. Old style bathroom facilities.

C’était très comfortable et tout était propre.
Malheureusement les lumières de la pièce principale se mettaient à clignoter régulièrement et la lunette des toilettes tournait ce qui est peu pratique.

Il faudrait juste un petit coup de "remise en état", pour que cette location soit parfaite.
L'emplacement était proches des commerces et du centre ville. L'endroit est calme. La location au dernier étage, assez spacieuse. Le lit confortable. Le frigo propre et en bon état de fonctionnement.... Une machine à laver est à disposition ! Une salle de bain propre mais dans son jus.
J'ai trouvé que la location n'était pas assez propre "à mes yeux", ni asez entretenue. Le canapé était taché et cassé. La cuvette des toilettes ne tenait pas en place et j'ai bien nettoyé les WC. Le robinet du lavabo de la salle de bain n'était lui aussi, pas fixé .... Le tuyau du flexible de douche fuyait. La plaque de cuisson était bien vétuste, mais fonctionne. J'ai donné un bon coup de balai et de serpillère.

pas de télévision , pas de cafetière ,le battant des toilettes cassées , le robinet du lavabo dans la salle de bain . A revoir aussi pour une douche . Pour le prix j aurai pu trouver mieux 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Отличная цена. Неплохое расположение. Рядом почти всегда были места, чтобы поставить машину (ночью парковка бесплатная). В 5 минутах езды мощная зарядка для электро машины. В первый день дверь нам помогла открыть очень милая соседка с первого этажа. Рядом много много кафе и ресторанчиков, магазин. До центра не совсем близко, но минут за 20 дойдете.
Очень много неудобств: Подниматься действительно тяжело, для людей взрослых это будет почти невозможно, нам это было просто тяжело. Грязновато, валялись волосы. Вообще все сделано как то, как будто специально плохо, элементарно положить мыло, тапочки какие то. Ванна этажом ниже, намного логичнее было бы туалет переместить вниз, а сверху душ. Очень мешает скошенная крыша, приходится нагибаться. Всего 2 полотенца.
