Extremely cute apartment with an ideal location in Rouen. It's right next to the Abbatiale Saint-Ouen curch and the adjoining park which is a lovely way to start every day. It's also next to the Franprix market and has a kitchen which is very convenient. Also the WiFi was good and the big door to the courtyard was comforting.

Some of the facilities were not ideal; The curtains interfered with opening and closing the windows and should be replaced by curtains that can be put down while the windows are open, the shower could only store enough hot water for one quick shower every few hours, and there was no top sheet available for the bed which was problematic with how hot it got at night.

L’appartement était très propre, conforme aux photos et situé au rez-de-chaussée.

L’établissement est un peu éloigné de la gare, il faut prendre le bus pour s’y rendre.

J ai aimé le lit et le côté détante c était très bien

Le problème le WiFi ne fonctionne pas le ventilateur fait trop de bruit

Il check in alle 16 è troppo tardi, soprattutto perché siamo arrivati alle 17:30 e la stanza era ancora sporca dagli ospiti precedenti, fortunatamente l’host è stato disponibilissimo e ha rimediato nel modo più veloce possibile, ma abbiamo avuto accesso all’appartamento alle 19 dopo una giornata intera di viaggio. Purtroppo però dopo il suo intervento la stanza non era ancora in condizioni di pulizia presentabili. La struttura andrebbe pulita in modo migliore generalmente, per trascorrere un paio di notti è ok. L’accesso dalla strada tramite citofono non è per niente intuitivo e fortunatamente abbiamo trovato una ragazza del palazzo che ci ha aperto.
