Very homely, warm, clean, comfortable and I'd book this flat again.

I was a bit apprehensive at first about staying here because I looked it up on street view and I was a bit scared about what the neighbourhood was like, but a friend off mine said it was a good street. The wooden door from the pavement opens onto a courtyard with the flat on the ground floor. The layout & use of space in the flat is very well conceived, the lighting is nice and the decor make it feel very homely. The kitchenette is perfect, the bed very comfortable, the water hot and our stay was very quiet. The other great thing is that this flat is on a wonderful main artery road to the centre of Rouen, to the Cathedral in fact, and the other way to the train station.. There are lovely food shops down the road and a little grocery shop on the corner right opposite the flat. No need to go and find a supermarket for food, drinks or snacks! Its a brilliant location.

A few too many trinkets around the flat which take up space especially on the bedroom side cabinets. A folding suitcase stool would be useful in the bedroom. I think the light over the kitchenette wasn't working but the main light for the kitchen was fine. The street was being renovated and so there was no parking. Getting to the front door by car was a huge challenge due to the number of no entry signs to access the road. Eventually we parked up the road, making sure it wasn't in the way of diggers etc .. The road will be great when it's finished and at the moment there are temporary walkways to help you stay away from walking in mud, in the areas the guys are working, which was in front of our door and uphill. I couldn't find the news channels on the TV, but we're not very techie, so we watched a film that was OK but TV isn't our thing anyway.

Yes a little oasis

Cute little modern apartment with lovely decour & facilities. Very close to train station and Central Rouen. An easy walk to everything! Enjoyed my stay here and recommend Chic Oasis.

All good.. but further entry info. .. Get key from drop/key safe box top on left, then right side of green door hold key chain fob/attachment over black button. This will open green door.

Descubriendo Rouen con una estancia muy agradable

Las indicaciones para entrar eran precisas y pide ingresar. El depto es cómodo y está miu bien equipado

El pasillo una vez que atravesé la puerta de la calle (decía verde, pero estaba como vandalizada), está muy descuidado y no se condice con el depto que encontramos. No hay vistas a la calle, el depto da a un pasillo de ingreso.

Posizione stupenda, vicinissima al centro. Parcheggio su strada. Appartamento all'interno di un cortiletto. Interno arredato di fresco, letto comodo e abbastanza grande.

Molto umido, è stato necessario accendere il riscaldamento per togliere umidità alla casa.

Goed voor bezoek aan de stad (1 nacht)

De ligging vlakbij het centrum. De smaakvolle inrichting. Het goede bed. De mogelijkheid om in te checken op eender welk moment (contactloos)

Het bestek en servies waren niet goed afgewassen. De doucheafvoer liep niet goed af. Vrij donker vanwege opaque ramen (tegen inkijk) en gelegen in een donker steegje. Er blijken heel wat studenten te verblijven in de aanpalende panden en dat zorgde voor lawaaihinder tot in de vroege ochtend.

Très bon séjour, logement propre et neuf proche du centre-ville !

Très bon emplacement, proche du centre-ville, logement propre et neuf, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer quelques jours !

Le micro-onde est mal placé, il est beaucoup trop haut et c'était difficile voire impossible pour moi qui suis petite d'y accéder ; l'eau de la douche n'est pas très chaude non plus.

On peut difficilement faire mieux à Rouen

Un rapport qualité-prix sans concurrence ! Un logement refait à neuf, très confortable et parfait pour une à deux personnes, super bien placé à 4min du tram, 8min de la gare et 12min de la cathédrale.

La table est petite, le bac pour les poubelles est dans la rue en aval, un peu loin.
