Perfectly located but ill managed.

Perfect location, walking easily to all attractions, train station, restaurants and shops. Quiet, cozy apartment, quite clean, with comfortable bed, decent kitchen, good Wi-Fi, strong heaters, and plenty of hot water. The self check-in process was convenient.

Management was bad: no corkscrew, no dishwashing machine detergent, short of hand dishwashing soap, short of toilet paper. We kept asking for these throughout our 5-night stay, got some promising replies, but nobody and nothing ever came. The apartment is pretty small.

Insalubre, sale, mal équipé je déconseille fortement

Son emplacement dans la ville Et c’est tout ?!!😫😣😩 Location gérer par un prestataire, pas d’info sur le propriétaire…. Le gestionnaire s’engage a monter un dossier auprès du propriétaire pour être à minima remboursé d’une part du prix de location… Si le remboursement est à hauteur de mon mécontentement il sera d’au moins 80% J’attends le retour du gestionnaire

Déçu de l’état pour le prix Appartement avec deux lits,l’un dans une chambre et le second lit est un canapé convertible qu’il est impossible d’ouvrir du fait de son emplacement la table empêche l’ouverture… mais L’état de ce canapé est inacceptable, les coussins comme le matelas sans parler des oreillers… Sans compter l’électricité scotché ou à même le sol. Manque de vaisselle, et ustensiles.. un grille pain rouillé, pas de poêle ni marmite.. une douche qui t’impose d’être contorsionniste.. une table qui empêche de déployer le canapé lit… mais sans chaise il faut manger debout… Une poignée cassée sur meuble de cuisine Un sac plastique en récupérateur d’eau sous le ballon d’eau chaude Absence de clinche sur porte extérieure Pour info Si vous n’êtes pas satisfait de votre location impossible d’annuler… les frais d’annulation sont aussi importants que la location..

C'était une expérience un peu désagréable car dans le logement nous avons rencontré des problèmes de propreté, une forte odeur de moisi, de la vaisselle sale, des blocages pleins de poussière et de saleté, le propriétaire du logement ne s'intéressait à rien du tout, nous avons dû nettoyer pendant 4 heures. sur le mur si vous avez beaucoup de soupçons de sang ou autre chose, il est temps de s'inquiéter, il fait froid sans fonction chauffage, le linge très sale, le canapé sale avec de nombreuses taches.
