It’s a proper apartment with a living room, high bar for dining, separate bedroom ( loft). Responsive staff when I ran into problems. Privacy and quiet. Excellent location: close to the centre but far enough to be quiet.
The top staircase is dangerous. Some electrical outlets didn’t work. No air conditioning and the weather got suddenly hot.

Location was excellent; close to the train station, Musée des Beaux-Arts, the historic centre of Rouen, etc.. Plus, the appartement has a very nice view of the Donjon de Rouen. It was clean and really quiet. Everything was also functionning as it should be. FYI, access (last few flights of stairs) could be a little problematic for people with moblity issues, or with larger suitcases, but it was not at all an issue for me. Merci beaucoup :)

Logement très bien situé, propre en général, je recommande vivement
- Le lit n'est pas confortable - SDB n'est pas bien netoyer (vitre, miroir) - La vaisselle n'était pas bien lavé (les casseroles, quelque assiettes) - Manque la selpiere devant la douche pour essuiyer les pieds pour ne pas entraîner l'eau partout.
