posizione strategica rispetto al centro, bellissima vista sui tetti di Rouen. Essendo una mansarda all'interno faceva un po' caldo (l'unico ventilatore presente non era sufficiente a rinfrescare l'intero studio) e abbiamo dormito con finestre aperte, ma nella via sottostante i clienti del locale sono stati rumorosi la notte
l'acqua della doccia aveva pochissima pressione ed è stato difficile lavarsi. Consiglio di riparare questo malfunzionamento. Arrivati all'appartamento le pulizie non erano ancora state fatte per la grande affluenza di turisti d'estate. Abbiamo dovuto attendere fuori per 30 min, ma alla fine l'appartamento era pulito. oltre le scuse della portineria avremmo gradito almeno una proposta di sconto o almeno un gesto di compensazione per il disagio.

La localisation. Joli petit studio bien équipé, propre, à quelques minutes à pieds de la gare et à proximité de tout. L’agence qui gère est très réactive et conciliante.
Occupé 15 jours pendant la canicule. Très chaud. Le débit d’eau de la douche est très très faible surtout pour l’eau froide.

De schoonmaakster en ontvangst dame hadden de kamer netjes en schoon gemaakt en heeft ons netjes ontvangen. Daar valt niets aan af te dingen!
De accommodatie had geen bed maar een uitgeklapte slaapbank dat niet veel confort gaf. Verder is er nodig groot onderhoud in badkamer en bij het aanrecht nodig om de kamer te upgraden naar een goede B&B kamer. De communicatie op afstand met het verhuur bedrijf verliep moeizaam.
