Warm & comfortable but restricted parking

Location good , only a short walk to the centre

Restricted parking all around made it difficult to find a spot. Had to carry bags some distance Key box code information was incorrect , couldn’t get the keys . Thankfully the owner responded quickly to resolve the issue.

Quiet secluded stay close to Ruoen city center

Le Namasté is a lovely room off the rear of a larger apartment building. There is a secluded, overgrown but once lovely garden area on your way to the door to the room. The room itself is a bedroom/kitchen combo area, very nicely done in a simple style. Very private? It's in a quiet old neighborhood on the hill north of the city center, parking on the street was always available.

Misleading text, parking 500m uphill

Did not stay.

Very misleading description of free parking nearby. It nearly 500m walk uphill to the apartment from the designated parking ( I waited for an hour without getting any place ). I was not prepared to carry my luggage and valuables this distance ( and back ) as I am nearly 60. When I asked the host where the parking was I got a reply within 10 minutes but when I requested a refund 2 times because of the misleading text I never received a reply. I would not recommend this property.

Cozy little apartment

Everything was fine. The apartment was close to the bus stop to the city center but you could also walk the distance. Supermarket is also close by. Parking was actually quite easy. The street just above the apartment had enough room. I was afraid it would have been further away

The instruction which apartment you should have could have been clearer. Some photos or a drawing will definitely help

Small and cozy

We were just passing through Rouen, so needed a one-night stay, and we couldn't get a better place. Good location close to the center, but quiet at the same time. There is no designated parking space, but you most likely will find one in adjacent streets (we parked at Place Allain Leprest, just a few minutes away). The apartment is cozy and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed Petite dejouner was very nice and thoughtful. I definitely recommend this place.

Internet didn't work at the time we were there, but it didn't bother us. Apartment is quite small, so, I probably wouldn't recommend it for longer stays, but for a few days it is perfect.

Very thoughtful owner

Owners had gone above and beyond with supplying condiments etc. On the whole we were very pleased

Bed was uncomfortable and the only reason we wouldnt stay again, small thing but no coffee provided, which was a shame as everything else had been thought of. Wasn't a dislike, but need to say go into courtyard and turn right. Poor girl before courtyard must be fed up taking people through to the apartment.

Great little stop off for one night, clean, everything you need. Landlords were very attentive, would definitely recommend for solo travel or like me with a dog

Cozy place to stay

The host was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and flexible. We mistakenly booked the wrong day, but she assisted us in sorting things out seamlessly. The apartment is cozy and pet-friendly. There were some free parking spots next street, but the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy, with broken car windows remnants on the pavement. We chose to repark the car a bit further away (5 minutes walk) near some new multistory buildings with better lighting – it worked out fine. The stay was very enjoyable.

I felt akward with the camera surveillance inside the apartment. The owner turned the camera off after our arrival, and on top of this, I covered it up for the time of our stay. However, the strange, Big Brother-like feeling persisted.

Great little find, and it is cozy!

A courtyard to store my bike was very useful. The ability to wash and dry my clothes made it better than most places. They allowed me to arrive before check in time which is very generous. Easy instructions to enter the place.

There was no towel to dry the dishes, or at least I couldn't find one, but that was the only problem

Attention to detail 😊 Almost every thing has been though of...(Refreshments, entertainment, etc) The studio is small but newly renovated and clean. Smells good too 👍.

Its unfortunate that the bathroom drain seems to be clogged and doesn't drain out water fast enough !!

L'emplacement est pas mal par rapport au programme que j'avais. Pas très pratique pour se garer mais rien d'insurmontable. Il y a des petits jeux pour s'occuper. L'hôte a été réactive, disponible et arrangeante. Merci Andrée 😁

Logement rempli d'humidité, j'ai ouvert le rideau le papier peint est venu avec. Sur un des coussins sur les sièges est moisis, casseroles moisis. Siphon rempli de cheveux, douche qui ne s'écoule pas. Ok 2 absorbeurs d'humidité mais vide.

Nie poleciłabym noclegu w tym miejscu nikomu

Ciężko znaleźć miejsce parkingowe. Obiekt bardzo mały i zaniedbany, wymagający zdecydowanego remontu. Nie był dobrze posprzątany, w rogach domu unosiło się sporo kurzu i pajęczyn. Pomimo informacji o pralce sprzęt nie działał, co zmusiło nas do dodatkowych kosztów, a wybraliśmy ten obiekt ze względu na pralkę.

La boîte à clé pour arrivé autonome est défectueuse nous avons travaillé plus d’une heure pour arrivé à l’ouvrir, besoin d’être changé ou huiler. Nous avions qu’une seule serviette de bain pour deux adultes et il n’y a pas de tapis de bain.

Nos encantó el barrio: en la afueras pero cerca del centro, casas viejas y lindas. Puddings conseguir estacionamiento en la calle, aunque difícil para valijas pesadas si tenes. El edificio en si muy lindo, era planta baja y daba a un jardincito divino. El baño, la cocina, el cuarto, todo un 10. Tenía heladera y cosas para cocinar (aunque no horno). Nos dejo un desayuno amoroso, completo y rico. 100% recomendable

lieu pratique et au calme.

La situation géographique de l'établissement est très pratique pour se déplacer à Rouen et dans la région. Facile d'accès et des places de parking gratuites à proximité. l'hôte est très réactive et vous obtenez toutes les modalités rapidement. Le logement est très bien équipé et le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner à l'arrivé est très appréciable. La literie très confortable et le calme du quartier.

Sûrement un oubli, mais il n'y avais pas de torchons, heureusement il y avais un peu d'essuie-tout. Les oreillets ne sont pas très confortable et c'est dommage car le matelas l'est. Le ménage n'était pas parfait, des toiles d'araignée (les plafonds sont haut) et de la poussière accumulée dans les tiroirs du sommier.

Esperienza terribile con lenzuola non cambiate

La presenza di Netflix nella televisione. La posizione in luogo tranquillo e residenziale.

L’assenza di condizioni igieniche e il mancato cambio delle lenzuola, visibilmente piene di capelli/peli, macchioline sospette, oleose e stropicciate. Indicazione fuorviante nell’annuncio di una prima colazione inclusa: presenti due bustine di cioccolata in tazza, delle fette biscottate aperte e mezze consumate (inaccettabile) e delle confetture preconfezionate. Il comportamento dell’host rispetto al mancato cambio delle lenzuola: in un primo momento, dopo aver fatto presente di non aver dormito tutta la notte per non aver cambiato le lenzuola ci ha proposto un parziale rimborso; in un secondo momento ha invece negato il rimborso promesso rilevando che potevamo affermare quello che volevamo perché tanto non avevamo prove. Deve precisarsi, peraltro, come la sera prima avessimo chiesto espressamente il cambio delle lenzuola senza ottenere risposta né assistenza alcuna. Il soggiorno si inserisce in un viaggio di 12 giorni nei quali abbiamo soggiornato in 11 posti diversi. L’unico negativo è quello in commento. Esperienza terribile.

La propreté de l'établissement, le calme du lieux, le petit déjeuner copieur pour le prix même si personnellement je préfère une baguette aux pancakes. Même si Netflix instructions en anglais, franchement c'est super simple et il y a Netflix.

Effectivement le frigo fait du bruit mais avec les bouchons d'oreilles c'est bon. Le lit matelas trop mou pour moi.

Il y avait peu de place pour mettre nos valises. Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de parking et qu'il faille se garer dans une rue attenante était une petite contrainte.

Die Unterkunft war nicht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt und fußläufig gut gelegen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und für eine Nacht mehr als genug!

Gegen Abend ging irgendein Gebläse oder Klimaanlage an? Die Geräusche empfand ich persönlich beim Einschlafen als störend.
