My daughter made us a full breakfast most days. That was nice.
(We were self catering.)
One of the four chairs in the room next to the kitchen broke, or had already broken :--
A bolt was missing; and a glued leg joint seemed fail, when my daughter sat on it.
It seemed a bit wobbly when I had sat on it earlier.

The location was great just a 10 mins walk to shops restaurants and pier but on a quiet road the 2 flats in one big house was excellent we definitely booking again

Cosy family property (we rented both flats 1 and 2, as we are a multi generational family of 10 - with the ground floor, flat one, being the communal hub) in a great location.
No washing machine in the property, so we used local launderette.
