It has seven bedrooms comprising of a king-size, three double rooms, a twin room and two singles, there is also a family bathroom and two shower rooms, the property can sleep twelve people. Inside there is also a kitchen, a living/dining room and a games room. To the outside there is roadside parking in front of the property, a front enclosed gravel garden with a bench and a rear enclosed decking with furniture. Abbeylands House is a stunning, period property in an excellent North Wales coastal location.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Gas range cooker with gas hob, 2 x electric oven and grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 8 x TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, pool table, air hockey table. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. High chair and travel cot. Roadside parking in front of property, first come first served. Front enclosed gravelled area with a bench, rear enclosed decking with furniture. Pets welcome downstairs only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk.
