Classic local landmarks such as Llandudno Pier and the Great Orme Tramway are within easy reach, while Colwyn Bay and the historic town of Conwy make excellent days out.


North Wales is also home to some of the UK’s best family attractions, all within comfortable driving distance. Thrill-seekers can head to Zip World for its world-famous zip lines and adventure activities, while families will love exploring the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Greenwood Family Park, Bodafon Farm Park and the sandy beaches dotted along the coastline. Whether you’re entertaining children, teens or adventurous adults, you’ll find no shortage of things to fill your days.
