The property was absolutely lovely — very clean, well-maintained, and cozy. We had everything we needed during our stay, and the host was incredibly kind and attentive. Stay in Utjeha

This is one of the best-serviced apartments I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are friendly and helpful. The building is new, along with all the furniture and household equipment, and it was extremely clean. It’s also very close to the lovely beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Tolles Apartment mit Blick über Olivenbäume, bis auf wenige Detais alles super!

Sehr schönes Apartment in einem tollen Neubau, mitten in einem Olivenhain. Von der 3. Etage aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick über die Baumkronen der alten Olivenbäume zur Bucht! Umgeben von einem sehr gepflegten Garten, in 3 Minuten geht’s zum Strand. Dort befinden sich auch gute Restaurants. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Thema „Olivenhain“ ist auch im Interior Design konsequent umgesetzt. Die Türen, die Einbauküche und sogar das Plaid auf dem Bett sind olivgrün ;) Kompliment an die sympathischen Besitzer der Anlage!

Nur 3 kleine Hinweise: - Von der Hauptstraße gibt es leider kein Schild zu OleaMar. Die direkte Zufahrt (ein steiler Feldweg) ist leicht zu übersehen. Am besten fährt man zuerst zu den ausgeschilderten Campingplätzen und fragt dort nach dem Weg. - In der Wohnung wären ein paar Garderobehaken im Flur bzw. im Schlafzimmer hilfreich. - In der Küche wäre eine Teekanne eine tolle Ergänzung zur tollen Ausstattung.

Nagyon szép apartmanhotel. Modern, szép berendezés. Kényelmes ágyak. Pazar vendéglátás, kedves vendéglátó. Bár a vendéglátó nem beszélt angolul, de megértettük egymást. A strand kb 10 perces sétára van, ami csúcs szezonban nagyon zsúfolt (érdemes napágyat bérelni).

Gyorsan eltelt az ott töltött pár nap.

Alles. Außergewöhnlich gut. Herzlichste Begrüßung. Schickes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Zur Begrüßung war der Kühlschrank unter anderem mit 5 Liter stillem Trinkwasser gefüllt . Kaffee, Kaffeemaschine, Tee- alles vorhanden. Manläuft gut durch einen tollen alten Olivenhain zum Strand. Es war super sauber und herrlich ruhig. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese Anlage ist sehr neu. Es hat auch einen Fahrstuhl und im Garten parkt man einfach unter den Bäumen sein Auto. Am Strand gibt es alles was man braucht. Es gibt runde große Kieselsteine, über die du gemütlich mit Schwimmschuhen läufst. Ich komme gerne wieder. Danke an die liebe Vermieterin und Elena.

Nichts Nur ein Tipp. Eine Waschmaschine würde das Ganze noch abrunden und komplett machen

wir hatten einen absolut traumhaften Aufenthalt bei euch! 🌿✨ Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause – oder besser gesagt: wie ein Teil der Familie. Die Unterkunft ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und makellos sauber – einfach perfekt zum Wohlfühlen. Der Service war hervorragend: ob Reinigung, Waschservice oder die Organisation von Strandliegen und einem Sonnendach am Long Beach Ulcinj – alles wurde mit größter Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit erfüllt. Man hat sich wirklich um uns gekümmert, in jeder Situation. Fazit: Wir haben uns wie Familienmitglieder gefühlt – und genau das macht OleaMar so besonders. Danke für alles! (Hvala za sve 🇲🇪)

Alma als Betreiberin sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und grosszügig, im Kühlschrank Getränke bereit gestellt, schönes, modernes Appartement, mit Lift, sauber, Terrasse mit seitlichem Meerblick, Dachterrasse kann auch benutzt werden, schöne Aussicht, 3 Min zu Fuss ans Meer und Restaurants.

Kann nichts bemängeln. Einzig die Adresse hat mein Navi nicht gefunden, aber dank GoogleMaps kein Problem

Неймовірне місце для відпочинку в Чорногорії! Апартаменти розташовані серед оливкової рощі, що створює особливу атмосферу спокою та краси. Дуже гарно й затишно, відчувається турбота про гостей у кожній деталі. Власники неймовірно привітні та гостинні, завжди готові допомогти й підказати все необхідне. Всередині — чистота, комфорт і стильний інтер’єр зі смаком. До моря лише 3 хвилини пішки, тож розташування ідеальне як для спокійного відпочинку, так і для пляжних прогулянок. Щиро рекомендую ці апартаменти всім, хто хоче відчути справжню чарівність Чорногорії, поєднану з домашнім затишком і теплою атмосферою!

Très chouette appartement, disposant de toutes les première nécessité ! Pas facile à trouver, mais bon service de l'hôtel. Bel accueil malgré la barrière de la langue. Plage et bon restaurant à proximité. (Mieux vaut avoir une voiture)

Mintha hazajöttem volna!

A szállás egy olíva ligetben található, csodaszép gondozott környezetben. Öröm volt itt tartózkodni. A városi strand kb 4 percre volt . A távoliak meg 6-8 percre gyalog. Teljesen új építésű ingatlan, voltak olyan edények amit lehet hogy nem is használtak. Lifttel mentünk fel a 2. emeletre. A helységek igényesen szépen vannak berendezve. Csak csodálkoztunk amikor beléptünk. A képek teljesen megfelelnek a valóságnak. De élőben szebb. Ajándék borok , távozáskor ajándék olívaolaj ami az ott termett olivából készült. Ár - érték arány kiváló! És a tulajdonosok … 20 pont! Mintha régóta ismertük volna őket . 100% - ban ajánlom. Ha Montenegróba megyek lehközelebb csak ide!
