If you are looking to stay at Utjeha, look no further. The property is brand new nicely nested at the ridge overlooking the sea. The view is stunning with breath taking sunsets. The family which runs the property are such a warm and helping people, especially Jasna who will help you with anything to make your stay memorable. WiFi was faster than at my home, and the signal is reached even at the beach. Very modern bathroom. A pool with a sea water in case of bad weather. One thing though - make sure you have a car. This is a bit remote location, but for a purpose, its exclusive.

Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed this place! The privacy and peace that the property provides is priceless. The owners are hospitable and wonderful, whatever you need they will help you. Everything is clean and tidy, in the apartment and on the facility. There is a perfect view from every corner of the property, so you don't know if it would be nicer to stay on the pontoon by the sea, at the pool patio, or on the terrace of the apartment. We already booked our second stay :) 10/10!

The apartments are located in complete isolation, approximately 1.5 kilometers from the main road. Peace and quiet, sea view and just a few guests around. Kind owners, small honesty bar, nice clean water pool and private access to the sea. I definitely recommend it for being cut off from the world. Post scriptum: The road to the facility has been completed and you can drive on the asphalt.

The apartments looked really new, everything was very clean. This apartment is perfect if you are looking for some privacy close to the sea. The hosting family is also very friendly and accommodating.

Well, where we should start from? Check in was very welcoming as it's family owned so they treat their guests like family members, that's how we felt. This place is perfect if you want to escape from the crowd, from busy streets and fast way of life! At any time, all you can hear are birds and sound of waves slamming into the rocks. Room was spotless, with everything you need (towels, plates, cutlery.. even a shower gel) AC worked well and every room has beatiful sea view! Wifi was fast, worked well! There is a pool with sea water, it's being cleaned every 2 days so the water is always clean and fresh straight out from the sea. Just a few days before we came, they got road paved all the way from the main road to the apartment complex.

We liked everything, the place is clean and modern, the owners are always available and they are very kind - so much you have the feeling that you are visiting your aunt. It is very peacefull, just the right place for nice vacation and escaping crowd, and yet it is close to bigger citys to visit.

V apartmánu neteče pitná voda, ale tuto informaci jsme předem věděli.

Měli jsme apartmán ve spodní části, kde na chodbě celou noc svítilo světlo, apartmán má prosklené dveře, tudíž nebyla v noci úplná tma.

Chybějící sprcha u bazénu a u moře , nedostatečně vybavený kuchyňský kout Nejvíce mi ale vadily skleněné vstupní dveře do apartmánu , kde na chodbě svítilo intenzivní světlo celou noc.
