You’re better off sleeping in a rental car than staying here.
The location and pool are the only redeeming qualities of this establishment. It is clean - however I attribute it to no one being in the hotel. There is very little to praise as my experience was horrible.
Where do I even begin? The staff shuts the air conditioning off in hot weather because “no one needs it”. Despite telling them that I have a heart condition and cannot tolerate heat - I was told to the effect of “too bad”. I had to get a fan for my room and was tempted to make a TikTok to show how absurd it was. Messages went unanswered, staff was either clueless or rude. The “security” was drunk and passed out in the middle of the night - with the doors not working. I have a lovely picture of him passed out with his shoes off. The rooms do not have glasses or anything really. Asking the hotel for wine glasses was an inconvenience for them. No hospitality (or class)

Staff in the lobby was Nice. Good garage with elevator.
We came to Dobra Voda for a wedding and was offered an apartment with klima/AC from our friends, but we knew this was a New hotel and wanted to have a more luxury stay so we booked BH hotel. Unfortunatily there was no luxury. There was something wrong With the electricity wich Made our klima / AC Och turned off during the evening and also the whole night which made me awake all night.// Telephone did not work(when electricity was on) and also we got stuck in the elevator which really scared me, took The steps after This.
