The hotel was tidy, quiet, and well-located. Staff were helpful, and the bed was comfortable. Great value for the price. Recommended!

The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. They make you feel home. The hotel is located in the main street of Ulcinj, close to every shops and 2 minutes walk from the beach. You’ll find a stunning view of the beach and old town from the rooftop

We liked all the staff who are running the place, they are helpful and friendly, the location of the hotel is great. There are sun beds and swimming pool at the rooftop, which was good for us who love the sun and at the same we could avoid the crowded on beach.

The width of the balcony cannot fit a chair, but it is not a big deal, since it is above a very busy street with bars and pubs underneath, I don't think you want to spend time at the balcony. It is good to have it opened fully for ventilation to freshen up the room.

Great staff. Great hotel

The location of the place is perfect if you want to be present in Ulqin's night life. It is close to the beach and many other attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the view from the terrance is very nice.

I took the time to ask for each employers names because each of them showed the highest customer service skills. We were welcomed to the hotel by a lovely lady called Jana. She and Adea both were very facilitating, always smiling and very friendly. I unknowingly left €5 inside my passport, Jana came up to our room to hand it to me. When we went up to the beautiful rooftop we were greeted by Eri and Baskim, both very welcoming. Upton arrival we were asked if we wanted a drink. The friendly atmosphere and general conversation was lovely. They showed an interest in our day and was more than happy to order food from the restaurant downstairs to collect and bring to us. If we needed towels that wasn’t a problem, they provided them for us. Inflatables we’re at the side of the pool for when my son wanted to play. In the evening the rooftop remains open with the bar there if wanted. It was extremely relaxing and an area we went to everyday. There were shower facilities and toilet up there too if needed. An array of alcohol and non alcoholic beverages were available. Constantly the workers were cleaning, whether it be the floor, ashtrays, glass collection…..they really didn’t stop. The cleanliness was immaculate. Adi was a lovely gentleman. The main cleaner himself, I feel went above his role. He literally was everywhere always working very hard. If we required anyway all he was able to facilitate…..iron, hairdryer, toilet roll. Outside the hotel and your a straight walk down to the beach and central town with quirky shops, restaurants, bars and the beautiful castle. There are nightlife options for the younger generation along with sightseeing options for those others. Overall, the rooms were stunning, perhaps the double room slightly smaller than expected but our family room more than made up for that. It is certainly a 4 staff hotel, in areas I would say more like 5 star. The staff make a exceptionally amazing team, and the owner really needs to keep hold of them :)
