I was treated as a member of extended family, we had all sit at the huge table with abundance of lokal food speciality prepared for us, eveyone singing and laughing on Jokes about mutual friends we remembered. It was like time went back in the 70s and 80s for them, and for me back 25 years ago when i begin searching for a real estate agent to purchase my first house.
The room was outstanding, comfortble specicious, and i was only person in 4 bedroom apartment.
The barhroom was člean and i had 2 towels allocated for me.
In the morning i could use the stove to prepare the coffie, , the dishes were available cleaned so i could have my own cereal.
In additiion to that the father of the owner offered great discount on unique hand made souvenirs, and give enourmous discount on the book about Ulcinj written by famous historian Cenga, apparently their Albanian friend, although they were two different nationalities which usually are not so close with each other and often keep to themselves.
The famous Mala Plaža wonderful beach was Just stroll away and within minutes i was gazing through the sea relaxing my feet and walking through while sunbathing few couples were watching me.

Staff were helpful when I asked questions about getting around the area. The home is very clean and well maintained. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything I miss about having a home kitchen. Close to the beach but away from the beach bar noise. Close to the old town. I loved it!
