quiet and comfortable. the room on the ground floor didn't have air conditioning but it was still cooling enough (the season i went, early june) to not require so. it was pretty basic.
the accommodation was located top of a steep hill. it requires skilled driving to manoeuvre through the really narrow corridors to reach it. would be better to not keep driving in and out and simply walk. that being said, it would only be suitable for fit young people instead of elderlies

The owner is very kind - he let me hang around after check out to wait for my bus with no issues at all.
Room was clean and comfortable, it has a kettle and a small fridge in it which was helpful. There was a fan which was enough for me.
Nice big and well equipped kitchen downstairs plus sitting area.
Location is very good, close to everything. Clear instuctions given before check in to find the place
The shared bathroom was uncomfortable to use due to the low ceiling in an angle. And I'm rather a short person.
Quite a steep climb to get to the house which was challenging with heavy bags.

Calm surroundings and close to the center of the Ulcinj. The personal were very kind.
Too much heat wet air in appartement and only small window couldn't change the air so we had to use deck ventilator and I got sick with tonsilitis. From 4 days stay I've spent 2 days in fever and after return came to doctor for antibiotics. But I think we had some kind od economy room in groundfloor without balcony and really small window. I believe the rest of rooms were better.
