LUXURY HOTEL! TRULY MAGNIFICENT AND RELAXING! WE WILL RETURN!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful - we felt just like at home! Everything was perfectly prepared, cozy, clean, luxury, comfortable and nothing was missing. The host were warm, welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Parking! Breakfast was so tasty! Truly one of our best stay ever - we would love to vome back again!

We were delighted with this hotel. This kind of cleanliness is not often seen. The staff is very friendly and always available. The breakfast was very delicious with fresh and many local specialties. Parking for a car with cameras in the Hotel, you don't need a car outside for anything because everything is so close. The city center is a 2-minute walk away, and the small beach is a 7-minute walk away. We recommend Hotel President to everyone, and we can't wait to stay here again. The city is very beautiful, historical, with to much beaches , restaurants , shops and everything you need. One big thank you for everything and 10 ratings for Hotel President.

Felt like Family

I recently discovered the quaint city of Ulcinj, Montenegro while looking for a winter escape, and I booked this stay through Booking.com for January 1st. Knowing that winter options might be limited, I was pleasantly surprised and truly delighted to find this newer hotel. The hosts were absolutely wonderful — a welcoming couple who treated every guest like their own children. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, and I can honestly say the family-like atmosphere here was something special and rare. You truly feel cared for, not just accommodated. The hotel itself is new, very well maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. Everything was clean, comfortable, and inviting. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a home than a hotel, this is it. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ulcinj, especially during the quieter winter season.

It was worth traveling from Canada-Toronto to Montenegro-Ulcinj and staying in this luxurious hotel. Special thanks to the team of "Hotel PRESIDENT" for such hospitality. The hotel is new, smells very nice, everything is so new and luxurious from start to finish. Breakfast was delicious in the hotel's restaurant, a very quiet place located 2 minutes from the center. You can reach the small beach by foot in 10 minutes, and the big beach is 5-7 minutes away by car. The staff does their job professionally and are there for the guests at all times. Cleanliness at the highest level, parking for a car, comfortable bed, strong wi-fi - everything was perfect. From me 10 points, and for sure I will look to visit Montenegro again and Hotel President.

Od samog početka je sve bilo perfektno, Hotel se vidi da je nov , jako moderno sredjen , čistoća na najviši nivo , sve je mirišljavo i čisto. Mogu da kažem da je jedan od najljepsih u Crnoj Gori. Gazde su ljubazni , pravi profesionalci koji pričaju preko 6,7 jezika , hvala vam na ovakvom dočeku. Doručak je bio preukusan i bogat , parking za auto u Hotelu. Centar je na 2 min pješke. Bili smo prezadovoljni i osećali smo se perfektno. Preporučujemo svima i vraćamo se opet definitivno ! ❤️

🇵🇱 To najlepszy hotel, jaki odwiedziliśmy w Czarnogórze. Hotel jest nowy, wszystko jest bardzo czyste, a śniadanie jest świeże i pyszne, z lokalnymi specjałami. Pokoje są komfortowe, z piękną łazienką i balkonem, telewizorem i klimatyzacją. Lokalizacja w centrum miasta, w spokojnej okolicy. Bardzo ważne jest również to, że hotel posiada własny, duży parking, co jest rzadkością w hotelach w centrum miasta. Gościnność była na najwyższym poziomie, personel jest bardzo miły i życzliwy, wykonując swoją pracę z wielką motywacją. Podsumowując, byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na 100% wrócimy ponownie, mamy nadzieję, że latem 2026 roku. Wielki szacunek z naszej strony i najwyższa ocena dla Apart Hotel President. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇪🇺 This is the best hotel we visited in Montenegro. The hotel is new, everything is very clean, the breakfast is very fresh and delicious with local specialties. The rooms are comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and balcony, TV and air conditioning. The location is in the city center in a quiet zone. It is also very important that the hotel has its own large parking lot, which is rare for hotels in the city center. The hospitality was at the highest level, the staff is very kind and good people, who do this work with great motivation. All in all, we were very satisfied and we will 100% return again, hopefully in the summer of 2026. Great respect from us and the best rating for Apart Hotel President.

Очень хороший отель в центре города

Отличный небольшой новый отель, расположен в 15 минутах ходьбы от старого города. Номер чистый, завтрак - великолепен. Большая частная парковка (что для центра Ульциня весьма важно) на которой можно оставить машину и пешком погулять по центру города. Проблем с размещение собаки не было никаких. Хозяин отеля и персонал очень гостеприимны и дружелюбны. Все на высоте, очень рекомендую это размещение.
