Abnor, the host, was really attentive and very kind. His mother even welcomed me with refreshments (juice and fruit), which was a lovely touch. The views from the room were perfect.
The WiFi didn't work very well. I had frequent disconnections on both my phone and computer.
Regarding the location, it's a 20-minute walk from the Ulcinj Bus Station and the road is quite steep/hilly. Keep that in mind if you're carrying heavy luggage.
