The view from the upper room was absolutely breathtaking, one of the highlights of our trip. Also, the staff was extremely kind, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great too, just a short walk to Plazhi i vogel (Small Beach) and the surrounding area. We truly appreciated the hospitality and friendliness of everyone we interacted with. The breakfast was very good and switched every day.

When we first checked in, the room we received was located in the basement and looked nothing like the photos online. It was dark and uninviting. We asked to change rooms and were told it would take 1.5 hours, in the end, we waited 2 hours, and had to pay around 45€ extra for the new room. Although the view was amazing, the room still didn’t match the pictures. The bathroom was dirty, smelled bad, had no soap, and the shower was in poor condition. The kitchen area was not usable, and the overall room felt neglected. The parking situation was also inconvenient, we weren’t allowed to park near the entrance, just temporarily to pack our stuff, while other cars were. Unfortunately, the misleading photos and room conditions left us feeling disappointed. The Wifi was not working.

great panorama of old town of ulcinj

good value for money as the apartments are equipped with new furniture. great views of the bay. unfortunatelly the terrase is really hot, so it is difficult to enjoy it fully. the staff was extremely helpfull with directions and parking and breakfast was plentiful.

but cleaning could be done more often, especially the floor. the bathroom was new as well, but there was water in the garbage bin ? which released some smells. and i cleaned it myself.

You have scenic view from your windows and balcony to the sea and old city. Breakfast was okay.

Tge view was scenic. It was pretty clean and good budget. The owner was kind and helpful.

You have to have a car, because it's on hills part of the city. By walk really hard to get there, and to go to centre. But anyway the owner helped us to get to bus station by car.

The wifi did not work. We were not informed at check in that there was breakfast, which we realised in the morning. It was very difficult to find the hotel, there are no signs to say where the reception, parking or the hotel itself is.

The cleaning was at good level, the air was fresh, the water pressure when taking a hot shower was very low pressure, the sea view was beautiful, the room was comfortable but the air conditioning didn't warm my room that good because it was cold outside.

Comfortable staying.

We liked location, and staff which was so kind and polite. Views from the apartment was beautiful.

Glasses, plates,forks and knifes were not clean in our room, bathroom was wet when we arrived, and full of sand.

Overall what we expected considering the price and we were happy enough with everything

The room was clean with a beautiful view. Shower worked well with plenty of hot water. Plenty of space for luggage etc. Lovely balcony. Not far from centre, old town visible from balcony. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Access to the apartments was difficult. Hard to find when arriving in Ulcinj, no signage and no real entrance, just steps on to a veranda. Also many steps and very steep hill to get to town, almost impossible for me to walk up it, but this is not the apartments fault! Parking was available, but also on steep hill, difficult to manoeuvre. Breakfast was basic... could be improved in terms of variety and presentation. The shower was very small with no door, so water kept going all over the floor. However, overall you get what you pay for and we were happy enough with everything.

Nothing apart from it had a decent view.

Toilet was leaking and bathroom was flooded in one of the rooms. They did nothing about it. The staff were rude. Constant noise outside while we are trying to sleep by people waiting to check in at 11 even though they arrive at the hotel at 4am. Staff did nothing about this.
