Amazing stay, would 100% go again!

I really loved how clean it was, it had amazing views and great lovely staff.it was really near the center and had markets close by. I would definitely go again!

Unrealistic rating on booking. Disappointing accomodation

Very old, run down location, air conditioner not working/ cooling, poor cleanliness (leftover slipper and socks under the bed), very small room, bad matress, dirty fridge kept on the balcony ( at 40 degrees). I cannot imagine how this accomodation has a rating of 9,4, maybe according to the local standards, but not even. I’ve stayed in hundreds of accomodations booked via booking.com, but this was among the top 3 worst ones. Maybe the owner ( who is a nice person) can take this review as a lesson learned and try to improve the facility.

Awesome porch to relax on and take in the amazing views of the beach and fortress. Host was lovely and answered any questions we had. Room was very spacious with great air conditioning and comfortable beds. Location was a 5 minute walk into town and about 10 minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach. Shared Kitchen was clean. I would definitely recommend Villa Guci and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience at the Villa Guci. Their hospitality made us feel so comfortable and allowed us to check in early and check out late. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The host went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We highly recommend it! T'fala nga Prishtina.😀

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN ULCINJ Since the first moment we arrived everything was perfect. They offer us a welcome drink, fresh and organic fruits. Everytime a friendly smile and a nice conversation. Location is perfect minutes from the beach, and stunning sea views. The perfect place to enjoy your summer hollidays or at any season of the year.

I enjoyed staying at Villa Guci. It was clean and comfortable, will definetly rest again there! The hosts were very nice people and made sure that we had a good time. City centre is approx. 5 min. away by foot and Aquarius beach is approx. 10 min. away by foot. Highly recommended!!!

The view and the place were good

It had not trash cans inside the room and there was no toilet paper or towels and only one wall adapter, shared balcony and the owner made us get out of the appartment before the booking check out time namely 8h-8h30 in the place of 9h
