The stuff were really generois and helpful. The location is fantastic, the view is amazing.

Our room wasn’t cleaned every day only 2 times a week. The bathrooms condition wasnt perfect because if we showered the tube were blockaged every time and it was so uncomfortable for us apart from that then the smell was terrible. Moreover there werent any information about we have to pay if we wanr to use the swimmingpools sunbed and that was so diasappointed for us.

I had the time of my life! The staff is now a part of our extended family. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony and room was roomy,comfortable, and clean. Already planning next years stay!!

Nice but could use some improvements

The staff at the reception was very nice and friendly. We loved the girls, who were so helpfull and kind The location is great, close to the beach.

There was a missunderstanding around the breakfast, we thought that it was included but the man at the restaurant explained that it was not in a very unpleasent manner. He was rude and unfriendly. Very bad experience with him. The bed was very hard for sleeping. There were no mosquito nets on the balcony door and windows so we had trouble sleeping because of mosquitos. The towels were not changed daily but only once during our 5 nights stay.

I enjoyed my stay, albeit I wouldn't recommend it

I really liked the location of the Hotel, I had great view of the sea and the beach was only a few steps away from the exit. With that said, there were a lot of other hotels with the same location so it doesn't make this hotel unique in that sense.

I did not like the fact that, upon arrival we were charged a city tax of €4.5 per person for 'registration into local municipality taxes and additional fees'. I'd appreciate it if all of these charges were included in the booking price. Secondly, the benches of the hotel in front of the beach not free, even though they advertise it as such on Booking.com. They charged us €10 per 2 benches per day. Again, I dislike the false advertising and constant microtransactional nature. Thirdly, the apartments were modern, however were not exactly as clean. There was dust everywhere, fingerprints on the surfaces and windows as well as a very weird smell, both in the room and in the building in general. My room, nor my parents' room was not cleaned once over a three day period. Even toilet paper was missing. For €426, for two rooms for three nights, I'd expect the hygiene to be spot on. Sadly this was not the case. The staff was friendly, although I didn't raise any of the aforementioned issues with them (apart from the sea bench free), I'd expect them to proactively keep the building spotless instead of asking them to do so. I wouldn't mind spending an extra €100 and going to a proper hotel instead of apartments.

entspannter Urlaub mit Komfort

Die Nähe zum Strand hat uns am besten gefallen, da es eine sehr kleine Stadt ist kann man alles prima zu Fuss erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gross genug und sehr modern eingerichtet.

Man hörte leider alles durch die Wände, wenn ein Gast nebenan geduscht hat, hat man dies gehört. Auch waren einige Gäste sehr laut und hatten keine Rücksicht (Tür vom Zimmer wurde mitten in der Nacht bis zu 3x seeeeehr laut zugeschknallt).

Ljubazne devojke na recepciji. Bar, na plazi sa lezaljkama, velika prednost sto si za minut u sobi sa plaze. Veoma čista i udobna soba. Parking.

Viel zu teuer

Aussicht und lage

Im bad hat es unerträglich nach abfluss gestunken, bett und kissen alt und viel zu hart, beckdecke nicht vorhanden, nur ein halbes abgeschnittenes laken, keine seife, kein trinkglas, nur 3 kleiderbügel im schrank für 2 personen, keine garderobe, klopapier am 2. Tag leer gewesen...

Tolle Lage, aber gravierende Mängel bei Sauberkeit, Service und Ausstattung machen das Hotel derzeit nicht empfehlenswer

Wir haben einige schöne Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht, möchten aber auch auf mehrere Mängel hinweisen, die unseren Aufenthalt deutlich getrübt haben. Positiv hervorzuheben sind: • Die Lage ist großartig – der Strand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. • Die Damen an der Rezeption waren freundlich und hilfsbereit – sie haben sich bemüht, Fragen zu beantworten und Wünsche entgegenzunehmen. • Unser Zimmer im 4. Stock war angenehm ruhig, mit großzügiger Terrasse, die wir fast exklusiv nutzen konnten.

Allerdings gab es viele Punkte, die für uns nicht in Ordnung waren: • Reinigung und Zustand des Zimmers: In 12 Tagen wurde unser Zimmer genau dreimal oberflächlich betreten – und auch dabei wurde ausschließlich die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Kein einziges Mal wurde gewischt. Der Sand, der seit Tag 1 auf dem Boden lag, blieb einfach liegen. Der Mülleimer wurde über eine Woche lang nicht geleert – erst nach mehrfacher Beschwerde an der Rezeption und nachdem wir ihn demonstrativ vor die Tür gestellt hatten, wurde er entsorgt. Besonders unangenehm: Bei Ankunft war die Toilette verschmutzt – offenbar nicht gereinigt nach dem Vormieter. Nachdem wir das Reinigungspersonal freundlich auf die Situation angesprochen hatten, wurden wir von ihnen nur belächelt – ein unangenehmes Gefühl und nicht der Umgang, den man sich als Gast wünscht. Auffällig war auch: Die Flure und Zimmer vom Erdgeschoss bis zum 3. Stock wurden regelmäßig gewischt – das 4. OG (unseres) offenbar nicht. • Zimmer und Ausstattung: Das Zimmer war zwar von Größe und Lage her gut, entsprach aber nicht der Beschreibung auf Booking – wir hatten etwas anderes gebucht. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse waren in schlechtem Zustand: alte, teils kaputte Tische und Plastikstühle, die durch die Sonne schon porös und brüchig waren. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank im Zimmer extrem laut – vor allem nachts sehr störend und kaum auszublenden. • Schlafkomfort und Wasser: Die Betten waren extrem hart und unbequem. In den ersten 1,5 Tagen hatten wir kein Wasser bzw. nur kaltes – was direkt nach der Anreise sehr unangenehm war. • Service und Verpflegung: Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, und im Hotel selbst gibt es keine Möglichkeit, Kaffee oder Tee zu bekommen – nur in der Umgebung. Die Liegen am Pool kosten zusätzlich 20 € pro Tag – für Hotelgäste völlig überzogen. Zur Umgebung (Dobra Voda): Der Ort bietet außer ein paar Restaurants und überteuerten Mini-Märkten nicht viel.

Otrzymaliśmy pokój z balkonem z widokiem na morze, świetna lokalizacja od razu przy plaży, w recepcji bez problemu dogadaliśmy sie po angielsku, wygodne pokoje.

Byliśmy w hotelu od poniedziałku do niedzieli i tylko raz we wtorek byl personel sprzatajacy i wymieniajacy ręczniki.
