In my honest opinion, this was not value for the money we paid for. Swimming pool which was a 10 a 7 minute walk from th

Swimming pool was the only thing that attracted us to the property and the Sea view .

TV was not working. WiFi was not working or connecting. If you go closer to the wall , your dress and hands will be marked with paint. We couldn’t even get microwave to heat up anything. We actually didn’t check it critically before booking because we wanted a kitchen but this property has no kitchen so not suitable for a family with kids. The receptionist was very nice and helpful because she was the only one that could speak a little bit of English. We had a difficult time getting along there. The air conditioning system was good. You have to check in from a different property from the one we booked before you get your keys which wasn’t comfortable at all. We requested to have a kettle and the kettle was leaking when boiling water with it and it was dirty.

Amazing value for money stay!

On arrival greeted by our very friendly host and given a free upgrade! The room was very nice and had everything that could be needed. Pool looks great and the perfect location for a hotel in Dobra Voda!

Reception was largely empty much of the time after we checked in. The pool bar also didn't seem to be running or have anyone serving.

Heaven in Montenegro

Really nice room with air conditioning, bathroom, balcony. On the backyard you can use the swimming pool, order a drink and enjoy your stay. Beach is 250m away, stuff is very friendly and helpful. Family business at its best! I had wonderful time here and looking forward to come back again soon :)

I would never stay at this property again.

The guest house is in a good location - walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

When we arrived, the guest house couldn't find our booking (despite having responded a question in our booking before we arrived). They told us they were fully booked, but ended up putting us in a small temporary room for the first night before somehow getting us into the flat we had booked for the remaining nights. The flat was dirty and many things were broken (e.g. leaking kitchen sink, overflowing shower). We stayed for 11 nights during which we asked for clean bed linen - we never received it. We had to ask 3 times for clean towels. There was no loo roll provided. Overall, this guest house is very overpriced for the low quality that it offers.

It's near the sea and guest of Dena House also can use apartman Royal (Pool, lunch etc).. All staff are friendly and helpful

Smelly, small room without any amenities

Hosts were nice, although it took a while to find them.

Because of a smelly water the whole (small and a bit dingy) room stunk :/ Even a kettle didn’t work. Very bad value for money. We don’t recommend it for families or couples.

Very good

The staff was nice and there was a nice pool we could use. The location is good, quiet close to the beach.

When I booked the room it said there will be AC in the room, but there wasn’t. It was very hot, but we didn’t complain about it because we stayed just a night. The reception was in the other street and it was difficult to find it because there were no signs with name of the apartments.

Exceptional

First things first, I would like to point out that the location is amazing! It's only 200m from the beach and you have a parking where you can park you car! Villa Dena is a part of Royal Azur which is why you will have access to the pool that is unbelievable. Near the pool you have a bar for drinks and they put some music, which creates a nice atmosphere. Besides that, the employees were at the top of everything! They're doing everything in their power to make you confortable. I personally loved it there, especially because I felt welcome, and I would recommend it to everyone!

Pleasant

The location is excellent, very near the beach and also you can easily access the main road that leads to other places and other nice beaches nearby. There's a nice pool to use, too, and the maid was extremely nice and helpful.

The twin bedroom is just too small and basic, and there is no air-conditioning , just a fan, and there is something like an old-fashioned 'portable' TV in it.

Family friendly Hotel with Spacious and clean rooms, beautiful view, clean pool, peace and quiet despite the close proximity to the beach and walkways, excellent car care in the free parking, free WI-FI and more and more

Beau séjour et belles rencontres

Les échanges ont été sympathiques et enrichissants avec les personnes y travaillant et les propriétaires. Un grand merci à Sonia pour sa disponibilité, sa réactivité et son sourire. Ils sont réactifs et attentifs aux besoins des clients. Bien situé dans la ville, proche commerces et plage. La piscine, bien que dans un autre bâtiment pas très loin du logement, est bien.

Les photos sur le site booking ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Nous pensions réservé un logement pour 4 personnes avec cuisine et petit salon indépendant, , on s'est retrouvé avec une chambre pour 2 personnes avec salle d'eau et toilettes et une autre chambre sur le même palier avec un lit 2 personnes. L'une des chambres n'était pas climatisée. La cuisine est commune avec les autres clients, les équipements sont sommaires, tout comme la table pour manger sur la terrasse.

Mizerné vybavení, řev "hudby" z hotelu od rána do večera, na dva týdny jeden toaletní papír! Jestli chcete další, tak si kupte mi bylo sděleno. Na balkoně rozbité židle se špinavýma polštářema a o výhledu na moře si nechte zdat Rány dveřmi ve dne i v noci, zvuková izolace žádná! Na pláži totálně přecpané lidmi a to staví ještě další a další hotely! Parkování cca 250metru od ubytování. Zvolili raději jsme soukromé za 5€ na den u ubytování. Až na příjemnou blondýnku v recepci hotelu a pána který se nám snažil uvolnit odjezd z hotelového parkoviště vše jen veliký průšvih! Sem už nikdy!
